We booked a coach for an educational visit to Portchester castle.The booking process was very easy, staff from the coach company were in regular phone contact to check the booking arrangements and were efficient at dealing with me as booker of the coach and the teacher who was bringing the students. On the day,the coach arrived promptly which meant that the educational visit could start on time as scheduled.I would be more than happy to use them again.

Fantastic service from this company. We went from Salisbury to bath on a 16 seater coach. Pick up early hours of the morning and after a few drinks. Our driver was great, nothing was too much trouble for him. He had a really positive attitude. Would defiantly use again and recommend momentum!

Excellent service - the driver made contact on the day to ensure the exact collection point. Drivers were on time and punctual and we reached out departure and return destinations in good time. Very pleased with the quality of service and would book with Momentum again.

Update 28 June 2018Momentum Coach Hire recently gave us great service for our group summer holiday travel. We got 2 big, fast, powerful, modern coaches. The Momentum coach drivers were proficient and friendly. The booking process was easy. Momentum always answered the phone and they answered it quickly. Momentum's coach hire prices were very competitive, I thought. We are an adults social group based in South West London. The trip was to stay at Pontins Holiday Park, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. Momentum are a large, national company. I like dealing with large companies. I would definitely recommend Momentum for anyone's coach hire travel needs. (Events Organiser in Rethink Merton and Sutton).Our Group hired Momentum Coaches and driver, to take 23 of us from Wimbledon, South West London, to Pontins, Lowestoft, Suffolk, and back, for our holiday last month. We had left it a little late to book. One local company was fully-booked. Momentum had coaches for us. Our coaches were big, powerful, and each had a toilet. The driver on both legs of the journey was great. The booking and paying processes and the customer service were both easy. Momentum's coach hire prices were very competitive. A fantastic experience. Coach arrived slightly late due in part to two sets of road closures (road works and a separate car accident) but Momentum had set an early pick up time for such eventualities. The operations room maintained good contact with us (even at 7am) about this.

The journey was comfortable and safe with excellent driving. The driver was very accommodating, when students asked for radio to be turned down so that they could sleep the driver turned it off immediately without question. We arrived on time and coach was waiting for us at the end of our trip with the driver coming and announcing himself to us.

Good solid coach company, would definitely use again.

Travelled an 80mile journey from a city centre to an airfield for Monster Trucks. The coach was clean, exactly to specification, and on time. The driver was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the journey. He sorted out all our parking requirements, and was ready and waiting for us when we were finished on the trip. He also made himself available for us to come back to the coach during our visit so that we didn't need to hold onto our bags etc. The whole experience was exceptional and everyone on the trip (24 people)commented that it was a great service.

I hired two coaches to transport my guests back to their accommodation after my wedding. From booking through to the drivers who picked up my guests, the service I received was very good. Would definitely recommend.

A trip into London with 60 children is never an easy task, but the Momentum coach supplied caused a ripple of excitement through the children as it was a red double-decker London bus. The bus had arrived in plenty of time and the driver couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. So much so, we have requested him for our next trip with Momentum in the Spring next year.

Our driver gave excellent service during our weekend trip to Nottingham and back. He accommodated our numerous requests and ensured a smooth and safe journey back home. For the price we made we got a commensurate level of comfort for our vehicle as well. Momentum Coach Hire comes highly recommended!

It was very easy to book a coach and indeed to pay for the coach.

The 24 seater I had booked wasn't available on the day so the company sent a large coach instead.

We were pleased they did this however the steps were difficult for some of my elderly passengers and if the driver had had a little step to use as well this would have been very helpful.

We were on time all day and the driver was very pleasant.

Overall we were very satisfied with the service the company provided.

I received a text on the morning of the trip with the name of our driver and also an emergency phone number. This was reassuring.
