Dundee Bus Station

Twice in 5 days bus from Glasgow to Dundee has been over 40 minutes late. No one letting passengers know what is happening and no toilets open. Awful place.

This is the second time I have travelled from Dundee. Both north and south bound destinations, each time bus has been late. this weekend our leaving time was 18:25 but did not leave until around 20:00.Also there was no toilet facilities for us to use. I cannot believe that Dundee Bus Station is being used as a main arrival and departure for passengers traveling north and south cannot use a toilet especially when your busses are late. I would also like to say that your waiting area is not kept to a good standard. Therefor I would not recommend using this bus station for your future travels.
