Dagupan Bus

Whenever I would be running out of time booking for a trip, Dagupan Bus would always be my (last) resort for it charges its passengers lower than other bus companies. But since the fare is cheap with Dagupan Bus, don't expect to have the superb comfort while traveling with them. Their curtains do not smell fresh. You can see insects crawling anywhere inside the bus and most of all, their staff doesn't have INTEGRITY in their vocabulary.

It was my first time to use their freight service (because my trusted one was not available when I needed them) and it already gave me a bad impression. As the bus stopped as I hailed it, I asked the conductor (driver's assistant) if they deliver packages to Manila and he promptly answered, "YES". I handed him the package together with my payment (which was a bit expensive than Victory Liner). He didn't even give me a receipt and when I was still asking them more information like the proof that I paid him and the bus number, he directed me to just write it down (or memorize it for that matter) and immediately drove away. How "polite" and "nice" he was.

After nearly five hours, I asked the recipient if she by any chance received a call from them since I gave them her number to be contacted once reaching their destination. But I was disheartened to know that she has not been contacted yet. I went to Dagupan Bus' fanpage on Facebook and asked the administrator of the page regarding the same concern that I have and I was just advised to call the terminal. To make the long story short, I was not assisted accordingly. I just threatened them to write bad reviews about them if they won't assist me that is why the admin asked about what happened.

I would never forget this ill-fated day because it was my reputation as a seller/sender at stake. I would NEVER EVER recommend this bus company because their service is rotten and they don't give value to their customers. Choosing them on my part was an EPIC FAIL.
