Sydney , Kingsford Smith International Airport

Delays Delays Delays. Always Flight Delays. Every time I arrive in Sydney airport on a flight we are delayed & left sitting on the tarmac for a minimum 30mins. The worst was a 1hr 15min delay sitting on the tarmac in the plane not allowed to stand up or go to the toilet. Leaving Sydney is just as bad.

The staff are rude, the prices are insanely expensive, & it can be confusing to get to your gate.

It wasn't like this a few years ago. Hate that I have to fly into/out of this airport to get anywhere.

If, like most tourists, you don't know how to get to the many different parts of Sydney's international airport, don't rely on your GPS or the airport website. The GPS as marvelous as it is, does require you to enter in an address. Well no one involved in the airports very expensive website bothered to list the address. Not a street name in site. There are many street names to get right depending on where you need to get to, it is a big airport.

Then, that is much like the rest of Sydney, to the tourist or even to people who live here but don't frequent the city, it is a very unfriendly place to find your way around.
