Our drivers on arrival and departure were kind and courteous. We were delayed over an hour on arrival but our transfer was there waiting.

On departure our driver was prompt and took care of our luggage.

Vehicles were modern and clean. Safe driving.

Have used Viva many times with no problems.

Baby seat where not safe. Service not good.

Booked private transfer, then texted to see if we would share with another family offered 50% discount declined as wanted a private transfer. Arrived at airport to no transfer, and no update as to why no driver, spoke to a lady who said nothing she could do and we would need to get a taxi from outside, made to feel it was my fault!

Great service, booked online 2 days before travel. Smiling friendly airport pick up at Gran Canaria Airport good safe driver. Return pick up on time and gave help for luggage and got us to airport in time. Fabulous service, so easy and simple. Thank you

I’d just like to say that the service tat we received from our taxi transfer was fantastic.

Both journeys were done on time with very helpful and professional drivers.

Would really urge anyone thinking of using this company with young children not to go near them. Was in Lanzarote in November and paid extra for car seats for our toddler and baby seat and the two seats are ridiculously unsafe. The buckle on the baby seat between her legs has totally come away so she's effectively not strapped in. Other seat cover won't stay on and both very very loose in seat and also around body. Company should not be allowed to transport kids.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a car with a baby seat but the driver came without it, so I couldn't use their service. When I requested for a refund they denied, claiming that even though they didn't have a baby seat, the problem was my luggage, for which I offered to transport them with another car, as long as the driver could provide with a baby seat. And their costumer service is awful as well.

Excellent! Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Driver waiting for us as we arrived through Fuerteventura Airport holding a sign with my name on it and lead us to clean mini van for private transfer to resort.

Driver was exactly on time for the airport return journey.

Both drivers were courteous, friendly and efficient. Will not hesitate to book again.
