Mini-bus had no air-conditioning (in 34 degree heat). There was not enough storage space for luggage. It was decrepit and the driver seemed to struggle to get it going any faster than 25mph.

Once we got to our hotel we were given a date and time in which the rep would meet us at our hotel to organise our return transfer details, unfortunately he never turned up so we had to call the office to organise our return trip ourselves.

On Return our transfer never turned up. We called to tell them that they had forgotten us, and they sent a private driver to pick us up - 1.5 hours after our pick-up time slot. They told us that we must have missed our transfer, even though we waited for them outside our hotel! The private driver drove us directly to the mini-bus which was already half way to the aiport, and the only seats left were broken!! Again no air conditioning & extremely, painfully slow. We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours later than planned, and checked in 5 minutes before our check-in closed. Other people on the same transfer missed their flights home because it was that slow. Terrible terrible terrible service!!
