We pre-paid for a taxi to pick us from from the Novello Theatre in London on Thursday 6th Aug due to the tube strike. I spoke to the controller beforehand and he said there would be no problem. How wrong was he! They called us about 10.10pm on the eve to say that the taxi would be about 20 mins late, this was fine as had booked for 10.20 and our train was 11.30 from Liverpool Street and traffic was terribe so totally understood. When it did not show we called again only to be told that the driver had gone to the wrong destination, he was in Wembley! They obviously do not employ drivers who know London and have done 'The Knowledge'. We were then fed lie after lie after lie. Eventually we abandoned any hope of the taxi arriving and was fortunate to get a Black Cab. They then promised to pay for this and refund us the £12 we had pre-paid. Again another lie as they have not fully refunded us for the black cab. My advise to anyone out there looking for a taxi, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We arrived in London after already being contacted by our driver to say he was waiting for us. There was no difficulty in finding him. We were given very clear instructions. The driver was very courteous and helped with our bags and told us how long our journey would take. The car was very comfortable and we arrived stress free at our destination. I have used this company many times now and will continue to use them.

The company always delivers. Professional, reliable and affordable! Highly recommended ! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone coming to London

I was looking for a transfer from the London hotel to the Harwich port. I booked last minute and the coach transfer was full. I had to arrange the transfer my own. Everywhere I looked the price was not cheap. I accidentally came across the name of Totally Driven in one of my searches. I gave it a try and found out that the price was a lot cheaper than others. The website was easy to book and gave me the choice of paying cash or credit. It costed me less to pay by credit. However, since it's the first time I use the service and the price seems to be too good to be true, I decided to pay by cash to the driver. I also booked the time to leave earlier, just in case there's no show, I can still have time to ask hotel to book a taxi for us so we wouldn't miss our ship.

It turned out that everything turned out well. The driver showed up in advance without me worrying if I had to look for another car last minute. The traffic getting out from the city center was terrible. But since we were early, we weren't worried about it. The trip was a flat fee so they didn't charge us extra. Even after we paid a nice tip to the driver, we still paid a lot less than other companies.

I travel to London on business for years and years and I have been using Totally Driven for over 5 years now. I am very pleased with them, each and every time I need them they perform better than the last time

They have earned their credibility, as there is nothing as good as knowing that they will be there when you need them, they will not let you down, which means you will not let your business contacts down, either

Returning on a flight after a few months away from home, I was received at the airport by your driver. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. Not only did he take good care over my luggage, but on entering the car, before driving off, he offered me some chocolate from a fancy box (delicious) and bottled water. How welcoming is that?And his driving, needless to say, was as careful and safe. His conduct was so impeccable that I have no critical word to say - and it is not always the case! Now I expect all your drivers to be that good!

i used the company service after reading some reviews on Tripadvisor, and I wasn't dissapointed. there were many changes in my reservation due to flight changes, and it was very easy to re-book the reservation. the staff was very attentive and helpful sending me confirming emails to make sure everything is correct.

The drivers arrived on time both journeys (arrive and pick-up), the cars were convinient and clean, and the price was more than fare.

I was very pleased with the service and I would definitely use Totally Driven services again.

One thing I would like TotallyDriven to look into is to give Customers an option to save their profiles online - with home addresses and payment details so that those who book frequently need not enter the same details every single time.
