We have used the LMS several times from LHR to our hotel in London, and back to the airport. Previously we had taken the Heathrow Connect and then a cab to our lodging. We also used a different shuttle service, which was fine one time and a total disaster the second.

We've used the minicab several times and have nothing but praise for the service. The driver is personable, knowledgeable, and well-trained,the fee is reasonable, and the car service takes the hassle out of using the tube/Heathrow Connect from/to the airport.
