They were not waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. We had to phone them before they turned up, which was at least half an hour after our scheduled pick up time. On the day of departure again they did not show yo to transfer us to the airport. We phoned the office and in the end had to take a local taxi, which the company did pay for so we were not out of pocket. However we should not have had to chase them.

Absolutely trouble free service. Picked the company as it is local. Found not very good reviews on the other operators-middlemen (delays, car not showing up).

The fee charged by tenerifetransfers.com was half the price quoted by the other middlemen and inline with the official taxi fares in Tenerife.

As this is local, the taxis are outside the airport (served by Granadilla taxi union).

We were greeted by two cheerful ladies, water and the free child seats.

The 8ppl taxi was waiting outside. Clean, fast, safe and courteous transfer.

On the way back the taxi was waiting 5 minutes early in front of the hotel at 03:00 in the morning. Superb service. Would use again and again. Thanks tenerifetransfer.com for taking the worry off our holiday.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I PAID 105 EURO FOR A TRANSFER AND WAS PROMISED A 95 EURO REFUND DUE TO VOLCANIC DISRUPTION. NEVER RECEIVED AND NOW NOT RETURNING MY EMAILS.

Tenerife Transfer were punctual, excellent minibuses, English drivers, great service.

None - taken our money and may have gone out of business!!! There is some reference on TenerifeTransfer.co.uk about not operating due to family safety - still no excuse for taking £90 and then not contacting us!! Can't get my money back even though I paid on Paypal.

We had some good reports about tenerifetransfer.com but were disappointed when nobody turned up on our arrival and never came to pick us up for our return, a week later after we had already paid and to this day have had no refund!

Good points, None. Bad points, drove too fast, dirty old bus, cheeky driver, no help at all. I would not recommend Tenerife Transfer.
