Picked up baggage and there was a man with a name board waiting for us in arrivals, we waited for one other person and we were on our way to hotel,we were second drop off so was in our hotel within 40 mins, excellent.

ON return was picked up the exact minute they had told us and we were the second pickup, so was at the airport within 40 mins again, couldn't gone any better. This is the third time we have used this service and it gets better everytime,definately value for money. will be using again.

Could not have been better. A great service at a great price. As good as the Hotel's own service and so much better value for money.

We normally have in the past booked taxis direct from the airport however this time we thought we would go to a company. When we arrived at the airport (tTenerife South) first of all we couldn't find the desk,so after much searching and a phone call we established where you were (needs to be on booking form)When we arrived they had not for whatever reason got us down for the pickup and also they said we were disabled and were sending a special taxi( we told them we were able bodied and we had not at any time mentioned we were disabled). I think then another taxi company was approached to take us to our destination.On the return to the airport again when I rang to establish the time for pick up we were again told they were sending a taxi for a disabled person( and it did arrive) however the taxi driver was like a scene from a police chase , he never stopped at crossings and nearly knocked people over at the crossings. We had to close our eyes as it was so scary . We were glad to arrive in one piece!

I. Must say the people including the taxi driver were pleasant however we would not recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent taxi service. Directions to office were very clear and was easy to find. Taxi was ready and waiting on arrival and departure. Very easy to arrange and use.

We have used taxi canarias several times now in fuerteventura and tenerife and have always found them reliable and punctual. The Drivers are also polite and helpful, the vehicles used are comfortable and we will be using them again on our next trip.

very good customer service at the airport - directed to the bus - the bus driver not very communicative - dropped us down the hill - when we should have been dropped at the reception - it was hot and a struggle to get the luggage and walk up the hill - very disappointed with the bus driver - when we saw her during the week driving the free bus shuttle provided by the resort - round the reception - so she knew exactly where we should have been dropped off yet choose to drop us down the hill - the return bus was a mini bus and a very uncomfortable ride - driver did not slow at the bumps so we were very bumby and hurting - was driving fast and had no care for his passengers - there was no need for the rush as all the passengers had more than two hours before their flight - overall very disappointed but for the price still a good service except for the drivers who should be taught some customer service skills

On walking through arrivals there was a clear representative holding up a board with the name of the company on, the details were checked quickly and we were given directions to our transport - we requested a private transfer to/from the resort and were given a full minibus to ourselves!

Return was also great with the driver arriving at the hotel ten minutes early and getting us to the airport well ahead of time.

Fabulous service, would definitely use again and recommmend!
