They are super expensive and they came with huge delay. I had to wait for them for an hour with kids, who were already tired. Really terrible and unreliable.

No one came to pick me up. Taxi driver sent me SMS to pick me up at 6:53pm even though my booking was for 7:30pm. At that time I was still on my plane, 10000 feet in the air. They claim the driver was there, I wasn't there at pick up spot. They send me their picture to prove it with the wrong time ... Haha, the time taxi driver was there is 6:07 pm (as clear as). How silly they can get? Still no refund. Simply one needs to be there at time that suits taxi driver, not the client. Not happy at all! I can submit the picture or just get it from Talixo/Holiday taxis ... Haha

We just took a trip with Talixo going from the airport to the hotel - the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall even though our flight was delayed, I found it phenomenal! The driver's name is Carlos and he was super nice and friendly, recommended us tons of things to see. Highly recommended!

I will definitely book again, really like the pricing - seems really competitive, much cheaper than Blacklane and the service was way better than the last time I used B.

Loved the possibility of paying by credit card online!
