I booked a return airport transfer from Rome Fiumincino Airport into Rome. The car was at the airport waiting for us and everything was good. the Terms & Conditions said to pay the driver cash for the return journey after the first leg - what a fool I was! Of course there was no taxi to take us back to the airport even though I had prepaid.

So we had to just grab a cab as we would have missed our flight.

I have tried to get a refund but of course I am flogging a dead horse!

DO NOT USE - they look cheap for a return, but you are only paying one way in reality
