Our designated driver was in a foul mood what a welcome to Turkey. He drove very dangerously and frequently gesturing rude signs to other road users. We felt incredibly unsafe and to be honest quite scared whether we would make it to to our hotel.

We booked and payed online with the understanding we would be droped outside thd hotel! Seems our driver was in a rush to be elsewhere! he dropped us a distance away from our hotel only but pointing to us the direction our hotel was. We dragged our cases for 30 minutes relying on passersby for directions I phoned the office who were no help at all! I would never ever recommend this awful company.

I made a reservation. Arrived from Houston with 5 children. They were present but they had no drivers and no cars.

They were using agents from another company and spoke no English. Since they had no cars, they would not make any eye contact with us. After 1 hour long wait in hot hot airport, we finally decided to go outside and take a taxi to the hotel.

Do not trust them. Pay a few extra dollars to a reputable company than these guys. I betcha the others with similar names will be the same so go with reputable company.

I saw the agents at the airport serving several other rental companies. So be aware.

Wir wurden völlig problemlos am Atatürk Flughafen abgeholt und ohne Verspätung in rund 1 1/2 Stunden zu unserem Hotel (Hilton Kadiköy) gebracht. Die Rückfahrt vom Hotel zurück zum Flughafen, die wir erst 2 Tage vor Abflug buchten, war noch beeindruckender: der Fahrer war bereits rund 15 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Termin in der Lobby unseres Hotels und umfuhr extrem zuverlässig sämtliche Staus, so dass wir statt der befürchteten 2-3 Stunden nur knapp eine Stunde zum Flughafen brauchten. Bezahlt werden konnte problemlos auch in TL.

Sehr zuverlässiger Service, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen möchten.

Booked it online to be picked up .... we we arrived , we had to look through 100 signs to find out our names, after 15 min when we find out our names , they made us wait without any reason , Also price I have already agreed to pay was €32 but they said you need to pay €40 which is 3 times more than average taxi ... After waiting for 10 min, not knowing what is happening, I've simply walked away.... For our return I simply booked a normal taxi

Avoid using this company , they try to rip the tourist and charge you as much as they could

We used this service and were very impressed with the service we will use them again. Driver was on time and very polite

This is not my first time using this service. And everytime it gets better and better.

I couldn't ask for anything more. A confirmation email the day before the trip, the driver waiting for us even although we were ahead of the scheduled arrival time and driving confidently and safely straight to our destination. We gave a small tip as a thank you and he looked surprised and grateful.

I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

We arrived at airport today. Found the name board on the side rail, & no person. At last found the person & was told told to wait, driver will be here in 15 mins. Waited 45 mins, called the contact number given number of times, responded that he is trying to find a driver. What's the point of booking early!!! Irresponsible and unreliable service.
