I received a confirmation email for a dock-side pickup from Civitavecchia to Rome. We docked on time and were waiting outside 15 minutes before the agreed upon time. No driver ever showed up!! Beware of this company...do not book with them!! We ended up taking a taxi for exactly the same money this company quoted. Beware!!

our flight was delayed by 2 hours and our driver was had checked it on flight stats and was there for our arrival. Driver and car were excellent - I would delicately use them again and would recommend Zelit to others.

This was the second private transfer company we booked, one in Paris, which was very good and this one too. Our driver was there, helped with the luggage and got us to the hotel safely and quickly. Very courteous and professional. On our return, he arrived a little earlier to allow time for Monday morning traffic to FCO airport. Highly recommended and well worth it.

We used Zelit Limousine for transportation from the airport to our hotel in Roma then to the cruise ship and back to Roma then back to the airport. The response from my first email to every email after was excellent. The driver Anzo was waiting for us at the airport. He assisted with our luggage in loading and unloading at the hotel. He picked us up on the next day and drove us to the cruise port. Anzo was very professional at all times. On the return trip to Roma he gave us a tour of the city taking time for us to get out of the car and inspect the sites he was showing us. He even took us to the roof top restaurant of a small hotel overlooking the Trevi fountain so we could see it from above. Always on time and alway professional we will use Zelit Limousine the next time we are in Roma. My wife and I agree that Anzo made our stay in Roma an wonderful experience.

After a long flight from Toronto, out driver Angelo picked us up and gave us a smooth and safe ride to our destination in a very comfortable and clean Mercedes van SUV. He, like everyone else i have dealt with at Zelit, was polite, professional, and helpful.

We liked him so much we even asked him to come pick us up to take us back to Rome when it was time to leave!

I have used many limo and private driver services in Italy, and this is by far the best. Professional and very competitively priced.

I would recommend Zelit, 5 stars.

We stayed in Rome for 5 days prior to our cruise. We booked a ride to Civitavecchia on the Zelit website. It was MUCH cheaper than the price of the company recommended by the hotel. The driver arrived 10 minutes early. Was very professional & polite. He drove us in a large, clean, comfortable van. We booked a ride from the ship to the airport (again, much cheaper than the cruise transfer price). We tried to book it over the phone but had a bad connection and an issue with translation, so we booked it online. Again, driver was waiting for us in a clean, large, comfortable van. Very professional & polite drivers. Highly recommend! But use the website rather than try booking by phone.

I booked a transfer for four of us from Fiumicino International Airport to Rome city center, due to their good reviews, well over a month in advance of my arrival in Italy. Upon our arrival at the airport (early) this company was no-where to be found. Myself and my daughter's waited for over an hour and a half after our flight was scheduled to arrive at their designated meeting spot and they NEVER SHOWED UP!! Numerous phone calls to both phone numbers provided went unanswered. Although they did answer one of my calls I was quickly "cut off" without being able to get any information as to whether they would be coming to pick us up or not. Subsequent calls went unanswered. HORRIBLE company and a terrible way to start our vacation in Rome. There is a company in the airport that provides private shuttle service to Rome center for the same cost so I would recommend just using their services. I did email Zelit telling them of my frustration and they got back to me three days later saying their driver was involved in an accident. I don't believe it for a minute and still wonder why they do not answer their phones!! IN MY OPINION, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Used these guys for 3 separate trips on our recent journey to rome for our cruise. First was from airport to rome hotel. Next day from rome hotel to cruise ship port. Third time at end of cruise back to airport. Each time drivers were there waiting with a sign with our name on it. Picked us up, loaded up luggage and we were off each time. They dont talk much and instead concentrate on driving you there fast. We were tired and not wanting to talk anyway. Only drawback is they promised a mercedes E-class and we got some junky Fiat all 3 times. We were the only ones after our cruise with a confirmed driver ready to pick us up. Everyone else watched us drive away quickly. Would recommend. Can be pricey but worth it to avoid troubles of public transit in/around Rome for non-italian speakers.

Used these guys for 3 trips over July / August - Fiumcino to Hotel; Hotel to Civitavecchia; Civitavecchia to Fiumcino. There were 4 people in my party and 6 or so bags. Each trip was handled perfectly.

Despite our inbound flight being over 2 hours late, and despite the fact that I neglected to notify Zelit, the driver was in the Arrivals hall to greet us. The welcome was warm and friendly. The driver grabbed 2 of the heaviest bags and led us to the Mercedes people carrier which was parked just outside.

Two days later we were picked up from our hotel. The driver was early and retrieved our bags from storage at the hotel and loaded them into the car before we even realised that he had arrived. He greeted us like old friends. The car was spotless and the journey to port was smooth. The driver knew the port well and delivered us directly to our cruise ship. Post-cruise the same driver was again early.

The only hiccup was trying to get a firm confirmation by email prior to our initial departure to Italy. Several emails went unanswered and I was about to cancel when they confirmed - I am so glad that I persevered! The service on the ground was impeccable.
