On Sept 6, 2008 when I checked out my hotel at Rome, was ready for the Airport (& subsequently to the Port at Civitavecchia) and waiting at the road side for the shuttle booked in advance and reconfirmed several times ([email protected]). When the time was 10 minutes overdue, I called their number but it wasn't answered (they don't seem to ever answer phone calls, confirmation was done only through email and text message from unknown source while in Rome). I then received a text message saying that they had given me a wrong quote and demanded 40 Euro more and asked if I agreed. I had no choice and replied yes and asked (again by text message) when they would come and the answer was after one hour. I totally lost confidence and had to arrange alternative shuttle by paying 60 Euro extra. I don't book through them any more.
