Had a booking to get picked up at 3am, driver didn't call or ask for us at the hotel lobby and just left after a couple of minutes. Called hotline 3 mins after driver left and we were told that driver won't go back for us. Stay away. Poor customer service!

This company is a rip off. Booked and paid for Parishuttle.com online. Got to CDG after a 36 hour flight, called them as stated in their bodgy confirmation email and all I got was a recorded message. Ended up paying 80 euro for a taxi to Paris city.

There are better shuttle services in Paris. Advice, book a shuttle/service that actually has the driver standing with a sign with your name on it waiting for you in the arrivals area.

It wasnt the best start to my travels.

Due to the air france disaster this week our flight was delayed and I was obviously late for my transfer. When I arrived I called them and they said it was my fault and they wouldn't come back for me nor would they refund me. I also confirmed my return which I had paid for and was also told they would only meet me in paris - a 50 minute train journey and wouldn't pick up at Disney where I had booked from. I ended up paying 80 euros for a taxi on arrival and another 40 euros return on a shuttle - never again such a bad company. Anyone know where they can be reported?

Because the Eurostar was 50 minutes late the driver didn't turn up. When I called the company the person said it was because the Eurostar was late (as if it was my fault!) We had to take a taxi which cost 20 Euros on top of having already paid 50 Euros (What a ripoff!) The person I called said my credit card would be credited. After many emails I have sent to get my refund, there has not been one answer. Don't be ripped off by this company.

I booked a transfer from Hotel Caravelle to Paris Orly with PARISHUTTLE through VIATOR

The day before collection, I confirmed a pick up time with your office of 09.30 for 28th September.

Your driver did not arrive and I waited until 10.00 before trying to phone your office.

Despite the efforts of myself, the hotel receptionist and a fellow guest we were unable to contact you. This can all be verified by the hotel and 3 independent guest.

At 11.00 I was forced to book a taxi to take me to Orly.

My sons who stayed in the hotel lobby until 12.30 confirm that your driver never arrived.

My taxi cost Euro 45 which I look to you to reimburse.

I have now sent 3 messages via Viator website and not had any reply.

Upon arrival, we called their phone number as they indicated in the confirmation email. To my surprise, they told me that unfortunately there was no car available (obviously the 75€ payment was already done). So we had to take a taxi (30€). They also said I should have received an email notifying the problem but I never got it.

In the departure date, they scheduled my pick up 4h30 before my flight departure!!! I was there at the agreed time and I waited for the car for over 40 minutes, while calling them to see what was happening. No one answered the phone or my emails, and no car came to pick us up. I had to take another taxi (35€).

I hope at least they refund the money.

Anyway, if the service would have worked properly, I wouldn't have saved any money compared to the 2 taxis we took.

I have never experienced anything like this company. Booked a shuttle bus to pick us up from CDG at designated time, after 4 phone calls and 1.5hrs later a disinterested driver turns up. Finally we get on board and he stops at a service station, not to fill up with petrol but to buy a snack. After buying his food he sits in the bus and eats it while we are waiting to be driven to our hotel. This driver had no idea were he was going. He drove around in circles, stopped 3 times to look at his GPS whilst continually muttering to himself. After driving around in circles forever he finally finds our hotel.

The french tourism industry or transport industry should really have a good hard look at this company. What a joke. I just wish I had read the reviews before booking this joke of company.

Early morning transfer to airport; confirmed by email. Driver didn't show up and my family stranded at the hotel. No response to email requesting explanation. Do not use this company, you will be sorry.

We booked a shuttle for 2000hrs three phone calls and 1.5hrs later we were finally picked up, very poor service.we hand just flown for 24hrs I would not ever us this company again cheers

We were aware that we would have to share the shuttle with other people but we did not expect to wait 15mins for the shuttle 40mins for other passengers and although we were the first on the bus we were last to be dropped off so having landed just after 8pm we didn't arrive at our hotel until after 11pm.

Then the shuttle company cancelled our return bus less than 24hrs before we were due to return to the airport.
