Paris Shuttle Service - www.parisshuttleservice.com AVOID

Got collected from Beauvais Airport on time. Driver drove at 170km an hour into Paris while texting and googling on the phone. I had to close my eyes. He was sipposed to collect us on Sunday at 7.30 pm to return to the airport. He phoned Sunday morning to cancel because the shuttle bus had broken down. We had to get the train but there was a strike on the line so we had to get a bus the rest of the way. A fight broke out on the bus and the Police had to come. It took 3 hours to get there. What a disaster it ruined our holiday. Never again. They never even refunded my money or even acknowleded my emails.

Had booked parisshuttle.com, to pick me up at terminal 2, on december 14th. It said on my booking, to go to exit 6, but no driver showed up? Phoned them, and then they said, go to exit 7. Waited there for 1 hour and 20 min, thinking the traffic was very heavy. Tryed to phone them 3 times while waiting, but there was an automatic answering machine, where you could leave a message, and they would phone back. Left 3 messages, but no reaction?? Ended up going with Airfrance bus to Etoile. Cheaper, and I would say, same time to get to Paris, in the heavy traffic. And, surprise surprise, they did'nt show up to pick me up at the hotel either. Phoned them, the day before going back to airport, to confirm pickup time at hotel, but again automatic answeringmachine, and no reaction.Went with airfrance bus again, and will do that in future going to Paris. So, dont book with this company, they simply dont show up.

Nightmare - they basically left us abandoned and took no responsibility for it.

Service level no better than criminals - It cost over 200 euros and 4 hours of time not counting the stress.

I will do everything possible to ensure no other people are left with a young child and luggage in Paris.

Opinion - worse than what you could imagine

I have the sms messages where they told us they weren't coming 2 minutes after the pick-up time

Paris – Beauvais – Get the Ryanair bus and save the pain

Please contact me for any clarification on the worst service ever. The city was great, the people friendly but this was what ruined it…….
