Booked for a return transfer from the airport. Everything was ok on arrival but on the day of our departure the minibus failed to turn up. We had no call from orangebus to let us know the minibus wasn't picking us up, we had to call the office to be told there was a problem and we should book a taxi instead and we would be refunded the cost of our transfer which had already been paid. To date I am still waiting for my refund and this happened on the 6th January!!

Booked Orange Bus to take 10 of us on a 50th do from airport to hotel in Las Americas on 25th July 2015. Gave all flight details etc and went to office when we arrived on time. No one there. Next door office said someone would come. Waited 45 minutes & as no one turned up we got a six seater and a four seater taxi. Less than €50 for the pair, so for the return less than Orange Bus who had quoted €110 return.

Got a phone call from Orange Bus 2 days later apologising for not turning up and wanting me to confirm our pick up time for the return. Couldn't understand why I told them no thanks we'll get taxis again & kept on the phone a couple of minutes to try to change my mind.

Really glad I chose to pay driver at airport so didn't lose money.

Don't use. Totally unreliable. And taxis can be cheaper depending where you're going.

Left a group of us stranded at 4.30am in Tenerife. Was told for us to get a taxi by the emergency number provided at the time of booking! Very poor English by the customer representative! Only for the receptionist at the hotel we would have been stranded! I also confirmed the transfer for that morning only hours before hand and the company confirmed! Will be refunded and not using this service again!! Would have missed our flight only for the hotel!

NEVER AGAIN will we use this company, be very wary. my son is in a power chair(age 43). and we were left stranded at 4AM in Tenerife, we eventually found a mini bus ramped taxi to take us to the airport, rang them when i got home to complain and they suggested i get another flight. (as if they are like a bus )just got a refund today been home since 17 th feb. SO be warned they are not a very reliable company.

Just returned from tenerife & used orangebus for our party of ten people.They were fabulous! our flight was early but the driver was waiting for us & on our return the driver was 10 minutes early.Great driving & bus was immaculate.would not hestitate to use again & will recommend to anyone.

We were a party of 10 with a disabled passenger going to holiday in a Villa, Orange bus were waiting to transfer us to our Villa even though we were delayed there were no problems in fact they sent 2 buses because they didnt have 1 big enough free at the time. we also hired a mobility scooter from the Orange bus company that was duly delivered on time. We hired the mini bus agaibn for a day out in the playa del americas area that transported us and our disabled passenger and his scooter to a drop off our choice and once again picked up at a spot of our choice, again on time. Then we had the transfer back to the airport on the day of departure. The staff were all very polite and helpful and we had no problems whatsoever, when we go away again we will certainly be looking into booking the company again and would highly recommend them.

British company run by British with British drivers, providing an excellent service. The drivers were helpul and friendly, the minibus was clean and quite new and all seats have seatbelts. I think this may be the cheapest at 25 euros one way to Los Cristianos for our family or four.

We have used 'Orange Bus' twice now in the past six months. On both occasions the staff were very helpful and always on time. You can't miss them now at the airport, just look for a huge "orange" (fruit) Welcome board great idea, no more clipboards!

Orange Bus Tenerife is a new company who seem to be focused on service, but you do pay the going rate, no discounts.
