We sanitised our bags and selves after alighting... strange the driver wouldn't pull up at the front door like other limos...know why now they are banned!

Never trust them or use them... maybe refer them to your enemies.

I was warned by many after I told NY friends and concierge.

Terrible company. I booked a car to take me to JFK airport from Manhattan. They didn't even turn up. After 10 minutes I called on my UK mobile, and they said it would be another 20 minutes. I waited the 20 minutes and called again, then they said the same thing. They then confessed that a car had not even been allocated yet, and it was 4pm on a Friday before a long weekend, in the rain. I had no hope of getting a cab, so had to get the train.

I could not find my driver because he carried a sign with only my initials, and the company name was not NYC Limousine. 15 minutes were lost before this was sorted out. I had to call the NYC Limousine dispatcher twice with my Swiss mobile phone, which is expensive. In the end the service was the same as from a yellow cab, but without the delay. Driver was friendly, but constantly on the phone. The company has not replied to my complaints and to my request for a partial reimbursement.

We booked our car pickup about 3 months before our NY vacation. We had actually used the Company on our last visit in 2007 with no problems. My how things have changed.

Our flight actually landed about 55 minutes early, and we had booked a 30 minute delayed pickup, so we waited in the airport for well over an hour before the car was due. When the car was 15 minutes late I rang the contact number to be told there was no car available and they had been trying to contact me! I asked which number they had been calling, and they quoted the cell phone number I was using at the time! The guy was basically a liar-we had no missed calls and no emails, and by this time we had been waiting for almost 2 hours.

It was now after midnight, and I was stranded with my wife and teenage daughter-not an ideal situation. The only "helpful" suggestion that the moron could give was that I could probably get a yellow cab outside. The idiot was even actually surprised when I told him to cancel the return pickup journey.

Seriously, don't use this company. They are either so small that they have very limited numbers of cars available, or they are inept liars who couldn't care less. Or they are both. Either way, don't say you weren't warned!
