National Express A9 - Liverpool Street and Stratford to Stansted Airport

I recently travelled from Stansted to Ibiza with a flight at 6 o'clock in the morning. The information on the internet on how to travel to Stansted is totally inacurate and we ended up at Liverpool street at 12 o'clock in the evening wandering around the station with suitcases looking for buses, trains, info. Anyway. We finally found where the A9 bus stop is. One bus arrived from Stansted and we kindly asked for information on when the next bus to Stansted will be, the ticket sales people said at 3 o'clock, the timetable was saying there is one in 10 mins. The driver was absolutely rude and unhelpfull. So we just waited for ten mins when the bus going to Stansted finally arrived. The driver of that bus was just as rude and just inhelpful as the other one. The drive to the airport from Liverpool street is around 1 hour. The temperature outside was around 19 degrees, in the bus was probably -19, freezing! The air condition was turned to the max. Very, very uncomfortable jounrey! The good thing is that the busses are on time, and they do take you to Stansted, but if you can find other means of getting there, just avoid A9 bus, or if you really, really had to catch this one, catch it from Startford, it is a bit cheaper from there.
