Terrible, Inconsiderate Service
We booked a cab for a patient of ours and informed them that they will need to come in to get the patient as they are elderly. when called back they told me driver cannot be bothered to come in, went out to speak to the driver and he wasn't there. I am never going to use this service or allow my patients to use this service as when we called back they told us that their drivers are no wasn't allowed to come into the building what is total BS as one of them said okay first and then said he could not be bothered. Terrible service will not use this ever again will not get anyone's money with this service!

Booked the nigt bedore ti a trip to harthrow. Had xonfirmatuin bu email of the booking.The following morning no drivers tutned up. Apparently they tried to call me infirming a 45 min delay (!!!!!!) me but they did not managed to get through.

Not To Be Trusted
WARNING - THIS COMPANY DOES NOT USE ANY RECOGNISED SYSTEM FOR MONITORING FLIGHT ARRIVALS!
I booked and pre-paid for a pick-up from Heathrow. The blurb says that flight times are monitored and the driver should be waiting 30 minutes after arrival. You should then be allowed an additional 30 minutes to exit, after which waiting time is charged at £8/hr. I agreed with the company that, in case of delays, the driver would be available 50 minutes after flight arrival.
Sure enough, my flight landed 13 minutes late (landed at 6.23am, scheduled arrival time 6.10am). However the minicab company insisted that the flight had arrived 17 minutes EARLY (at 5.53am) and had sent the driver accordingly. No record of my request existed and I was charged an additional £16. The Heathrow airport website showed arrival time as 6.23am. I complained, but the company refused to reimburse me.
I am not sure what "flight tracking system" they use, but if you don't want to get ripped off, find another company!
