Booked an 8 seater round trip journey for an evening out with friends. Communication was very good in the beginning. Driver arrived on time and was very pleasant.

Unfortunately our car just didn’t show up for our return journey. After 10 minutes I called to see where they were and was told that the car had broken down. Considering how good communication was on our outward journey I would have at least expected a call to inform us what had happened (we could have been waiting even longer had I not called them).

We were expecting our car at midnight so they had left us in great difficulty in trying to get another 8 seater at that time of night.

Would definitely not recommend them.

Landed at Gatwick Airport . Driver was there waiting for me shirt and tie and a nice chap. Booked this cab on line at www.minicab.me and paid for it on my master card in us dolars. The vehicle was clean and modern and i felt i got good value for money, next time i fly into a london airport i will book my cab on line and pay for it with my cc it was really easy and after a long flight i found the service refreshing i would recomend this service it was so easy !!! Keep up the good work !
