I booked for premium shuttle from my hotel to dalaman Airport and paid premium shuttle but provided normal shuttle with 18 other passengers not happy with service

Got picked up late from our Green Nature Diamond Hotel in Marmaris on the 6th October 2023 for a transfer to Dalaman Airport.

The Mini van was clearly sent to pick up too many people with luggague than was safe for it to carry. No fault of the driver; but clearly whoever had arranged the number of people to collect had not appreciated that there was luggage to carry too.

By the end of all the pick ups it was clearly unsafe to be transferred in a van with 4 suitcases down the isle blocking the exit as the driver had nowhere else to put the cases.

That should not have hapened and is the first time I have seen that happen. It was not fair on anyone to travel this way and definately not safe.

I thoroughly recommend this company..

Our hr and half journey to Marmaris from Dalaman airport was lovely, due to our Friendly driver, who even stopped half way and brought us an ice-cream and a cold bottle of water ( very much appreciated)

Our taxi was comfortable, air conditioning and WiFi!!!

Our journey back to the airport was just as Friendly/welcoming and comfortable too..

Will definitely be using this service again and we revisit Turkey..

Small modern clean comfortable coach with Wifi. Found desk easily, taken to coach and was fortunate that I only had to wait 5 minutes before departure. Coach driver stopped at nearby shop to pick up cool water for each passenger at no extra cost. The drivers were careful and professional. Some of the driving you see on the roads is concerning. Return pick up was on time and equally professional. We were picked up for return transfers at an appropriate time. Would definately use this company in the future.

Driver waiting for us with named board,he even stopped a few miles from airport and bought us a bottle of water for our journey,nice steady driver(not like some taxi drivers in Turkey)and same driver was on time to take us back to airport where once again had two bottles of water waiting for us.Would use again YES.

Wow They had free wi-fi on board for customers to use.İt was very nice to send free whats up messages to my friends. My familly felt nice to know l allready landed in Dalaman airport and l have informed them in the vehicle. journey took about 100 minutes including a stop for refreshment half way. l bought speedy transfer for my arrival and my hotel was the 4th hotel. That was the promise. Driver vas polite and did speak a few words of english l could see he knew what he was doing. l defenetly use them again.
