If I could, I would give them -5 stars. They charge deposit promptly, without sending you ant paperwork of conditions. Only communication was on Whatsup. They cancel my booking when I’m already at the airport. The excuse been the car broke down. But wait, there is another car which is available, but they wanted $40 more. Clearly they have no ethic and just money sucking machines. We ended up with Uber Black which is much more reliable. Stay away from this local company. Use reputable large global companies!

Be aware and stay away from them - typical bate. Their website says 288 euros but after you book, manager tells you this will be 440 euros.

Worst experience ever!! Instead of sending a real driver we were sent some unprofessional vagabond off the street. He kept us in the airport parking lot for almost an hour refusing to drive us until we paid him additional cash. We had to threaten to get the police to get him to drive us. He then proceeded to fall asleep at the wheel. We had to have him pull over and we needed to switch to 2 taxis to get us to our destination. I was in constant communication with the Knopka office but they did nothing to help the situation. Unprofessional, dangerous...riders beware!

I ordered a car for my mother from the station in Turin to Nice. I left a request on the site and after half an hour the manager called me, we agreed with her all the details of the trip. A few minutes later I received an email in the mail - in order to make an advance payment by card using the link, and the rest of the mother paid in cash to the driver upon arrival. We met at the house, the driver could be found immediately as we were given a car number. During the trip, she was offered water, and since she did not have an Italian card on her phone, she used wi-fi in the car - this is very convenient, especially for tourists like my mother. The trip was easy. I liked everything very much, thank you!

This time we booked a Mercedes Viano from company KnopkaTransfer. Then we came out for agreed pick-up time, the driver was already waiting for us, he helped us with luggage. We really enjoyed the trip b y a private minivan. I should admit also the high level assistance of the office operators, since we had quite a lot of different changes while planning our trips. Briefly, we really liked the transfer. Strongly recommended.

Circa due settimane fa' io e i miei amici avevamo prenotato una trasferta da Lugano all'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa per 7 persone. Avevamo una marea di bagagli oltre agli sci e snowboard. L'autista ci ha aspettato per quasi mezzora senza fare le storie in quanto l'albergo stava completando le questioni burocratiche per il checkout. Ci siamo anche fermati in autogrill per un caffe senza questioni da parte di autista. La macchina era pulita e siamo arrivati a Malpensa in tempo. Ringraziamo KnopkaTransfer per il servizio svolto!
