return transfer did not turn up we were told we had no booking with from 2 transfer company tried to contact intaxis cost me 260 euros for 2 mini buses for 12 persons still cannot contact anyone

Wasnt sure when i booked as they quoted us a lot cheaper than other companies, they were fab, waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane, smart courtious driver, clean new well maintained vehicle, speedy journey without any hic ups, and return journey waitng for us 10 mins earlier, they also were great at e mailing when the flight had changed and we were being picked up later, would not hessitate to recomend them, and will definately be using them again, thanks for making our holiday.

We booked this taxi from Palma airport to our hotel in Palmanova. I was highly impressed with the service. The driver was very pleasant and professional and offered us lots of assistance with our luggage as we have 2 toddlers. The vehicle was top of the range and spotlessly clean. The driver even had a bottle of water for us all on arrival also on our return trip. Our return transfer was equally as good. I can't recommend this service highly enough and I will definitely be using intaxis again

We arrived at Gerona airport and were met by the driver holding a placard with my name on it, as we walked out of the arrivals doors. He carried my wifes luggage the short walk to the minibus and after a pleasant drive arrived outside the hotel.

Our return to Gerona started with a different driver meeting us in the hotel reception, he too carried my wifes luggage into the boot of his Mercedes limo parked outside and a very smooth ride later we arrived at the airport.

It was all we wanted from a taxi service...punctual, comfortable and courteous.

We did have a small problem when I needed to change the collection time from our hotel by 1 hour later than stated. The taxi company refused to make a change without confirmation from intaxis.com so I contacted intaxis.com directly by phone to their 24 hour London number. You guessed it - no reply, so I sent an email. Again no reply and even now 4 days later, still no reply...That was a test of their service, even though this was over a weekend... a pity. The night before we left our hotel, I persuaded the taxi company to collect us 1 hour later.

We have now used INTAXIS twice in Crete for private transfers.

Once from Heraklion to Chania and once from Heraklion to Ierapetra.

Both times our driver was there waiting for us when we came out of the Airport, the drivers were smart and polite. Their spoken English is much better than our Greek but we on all of our journeys we managed to communicate and the driver told us about the places we passed enroute.

The return journey were equally as good with prompt pick up at our hotel and much much cheaper than other transfer companies. I was a bit dubious before our first trip but would use them all the time now.

The cars were good quality and clean and we were even supplied with ice cold water, infact our drivers were happy to stop and were even going to get us a coffee.

Perfect all round couldn't fault them and would definitely use again on our next trip.

We used Intaxis return transfers from Paris Beauvais airport to Disneyland Paris. They were absolutely brilliant and both journeys the drivers turned up on time and were great.

Could not fault them and will be using them again in a heart beat- by far the cheapest company by a mile.

For the price we paid its excellent value for money. the driver was waiting for us upon arrival and on time on return relaxing journey both ways. considering the time you are stuck on a transfer bus and the extortionate rate holiday company's want to charge you for the same service. its well worth giving intaxis a try

After searching shuttle services on the web I mainly selected "In Taxis" based on being the best price! The driver was waiting for my family at the airport, allowing a swift transfer to our apartment. The return was a similar experience. Highly recommended.
