Taxi for 11 people was on time, and OK driving. We did send a reminder 1 day before pick-up to be sure.

I booked and paid for transfer from the airport to a hotel in Ixus. Arrived late in the evening, there was no driver. Rang the contact numbers, no answer. Had to pay for a cab again.

There are plenty of taxis waiting at the airport and my advice is to pay on the spot. The rates are the same.

We booked a minivan late the night we were actually going on a holiday. Confirmation and voucher on e-mail almost by the minute. When we arrived at the airport driver was there and all went like clockwork. Clean car and serviceminded driver. He took care of luggage also. On arrival at the hotel he said we could contact them the day before going home as to decide more accurate time for pick up. Not needed, they called us and confirmed changes promptly by e-mail. As there are no minivan taxis in Rhodes we would normally have to take two cars. By booking this minivan with driver we saved 24 euro. AND we arrived at the hotel before the charter transfer bus. So no chaos check in with 100 other tourists. The website was incredibly user friendly! We wish all other reservations on internet could be like this. Hat off!! Simply wonderful!

Booking and billing was simple and straightforward, replies came in within short time. Not to forget, their pricing is extremely competitive! Meeting at airport and pickup on the return transfer was easy and on time. Car was clean and driver courteous. I would always recommend their services (and I know what I am talking about, running a luxury chauffeured service myself).

From the start they were excellent, replying to emails in less than 10 minutes.

Upon arrival in Rhodes there was a driver waiting for us with my name printed even though we had booked a shuttle and not a private transfer.

The driver was friendly and helpful with information about the island.

Definitely one of the best, if not the best transfer company I have used to date!

I booked a mini van to transfer our party of 5 (3 adults and two kids) as our tour operator would only quote us for two taxis which would have meant splitting up our party and was very costly. When we arrived at Rhodes airport, which was very busy and chaotic (due to lots of delayed flights) it took a bit of work to find our driver. This was due to the way all transfers are displayed, with your name and destination on a piece of A4 paper sellotaped to some kiosks. Unfortunately, there was someone else with my name, going to the same destination, which confused things, but once we found the driver and our mini van I was very pleased. The driver was polite and helpful, and the mini van was clean and air conditioned, with plenty room. We got to our hotel relaxed and happy.

Our return transfer picked us up at the requested time, and again the vehicle was comfortable and air-conditioned, with a friendly helpful driver.

After being slightly dubious about booking a transfer out with my package holiday, I found the whole experience excellent, and would definitely use this company again. Great value for money too.

Found the service from this company excellent, every part of it worked just as they said it would,total trouble free just what you want when you arrive in the early hours of the morning after a long flight.would fully recommend this company to everyone.

Although our MAN flight landed later than scheduled, it was a great relief to see my name on a card as I walked out of the airport.Easy to book and easy to change when flight gets cancelled or delayed like mine.Safe driver, air conditioned and well maintained vehicles.We returned with the Private Trasfer option , was a bit more expensive but worth the peace o mind. Would highly recommend them!

We were picked up from Rhodes Airport last month, three adults & two children. We booked a private mini bus and we paid for both transfers 196,00 euros -no charge for the baby car seats. The transfers were excellent and the driver very kind and helpful!!! Will definitely use hoteltransfers.com.gr again !!!
