I booked through this Co to find out no transfer on arrival at airport. Apparently they had gone out of business and despite taking my money in June hadn't bothered to contact me to say otherwise. £68 out of pocket.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THERE A DODGY COMPANY TOOK OUR MONEY GOT TO AIRPORT AND WE WAS STRANDED!!! €80 is cost in a taxi which used up most of our money with us only having a short break , spoke to gentleman at airport and they didn't pay transfer company so they dropped them , now probably running under a different name!!!! DISGUSTING

There was a problem just before we went on holiday because I was automatically sent a new transfer but no explanation why. Whilst on holiday I received a txt message informing me of Hopparide had ceased trading. I had to find another company in Vilamoura who would pick us up on our return to Faro. I replied to the txt message to sort out another transfer but this txt didnt receive txt messages, so after 2 days and muli phone calls at my expence which wasnt cheap I finally got Green Bus to transfer us at another cost to me. No refund from hopparide. I am disabled in a wheelchair so I also had problems getting a transfer that would carry a fold up wheelchair.

Booked online, got confirmation, got to Antalya aiport at 10pm on a Saturday night with my wife and kids and no show. Rang the number on the confirmation - told the booking had been cancelled by the Turkish provider as the destination address was not specific enough and that Hopparide had been e mailed this a month before. Had to pay a lot to get the one hour transfer to our apartment. E mailed Hopparide the following day to arrange return to airport at the end of the holiday, no reply, rang them, no reply. Had to arrange own transfer back to airport. Got home 10 days ago, e mailed but no reply and rang daily but no reply. This company is appalling - do not go with them, save your money. They cost me over £100 in transfer costs in Turkey. Their lack of communication is what has annoyed me most and I doubt I ll get a refund.

Absolutely excellent reliable service lovely friendly staff and would now know who to trust for our next trip in sept thankyou no hanging around wondering if your going to turn up !

Everything was okay until I received my transfer voucher. The section on the voucher that should have displayed the contact number for confirming the return transfer was missing.

Despite emails sent to the transfers email address and repeated telephone calls I am still awaiting a response!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When on holiday you want peace of mind not hassle at trying to confirm your transfer!!

just returned from amsterdam, had hoppa ride pick us up at the airport, deliver us to our hotel then do the return journey for us. so easy. no hassle at all and it is cheaper to do this than make our own way. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. *****

I was googling for a good transport alternative from Alixante airport to Benidorm and back. Now we got a direct transport, half the price of what we would have had to pay for going with communal transport.

Good service and value for money, clean and modern coaches, bit of confusion with pick up hotel, but that was sorted satisfactorily.

Really good price for transfer and even though the flight was delayed they waited.
