Recently used website and was really pleased with the service. Good to know that I was going to save precious holiday time by not having to work out how to use the Metro machines. I collected the e-vouchers for the Paris Visite Travel Cards at the airport, all clearly explained and painless. By ordering the Museum Passes avoided endless queue ing at the Louvre

I ordered metro tickets for the coming weekend on Monday. They did not arrive in time, despite allegedly being posted first class. I rang the office and asked if any tickets could be emailed to me. The person I spoke to said she would email me a voucher the next day that I would be able to change for tickets on arrival, and that they would refund the cost of the original tickets if I sent them back. I had told her several times that we were travelling the next day, and eventually she agreed to email the voucher straight away. She couldn't tell me how far I had to go to exchange the voucher for tickets, but said she thought it wasn't very far. It was a metro ride and a walk, no directions were supplied. We found the place and got our tickets.

I sent the originals back on our return to England, but only got a partial refund. The reason given was "admin charges".

In short, I paid them for nothing. Buy your own tickets when you get there.

We ordered tickets for attractions in Paris for our forthcoming holiday spending in excess of £250. Some tickets were emailed (which was ok) others were sent in the post. These failed to arrive. When we contacted Hello Paris we were told they had been posted and basically it was our problem. We are out of pocket, without tickets, a week before we go on holiday and having to spend more money to re-buy the tickets. We weren't offered a "Recorded Delivery" service however IF you order tickets from this site I STRONGLY SUGGEST you request tickets are posted requiring a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

Fingers crossed the Eiffel Tower / Cruise tickets are genuine. I guess we will find out when we get there. We will not use this website again nor recommend it to anyone.

Just wanted to thank you for an excellent service. We got back from our trip yesterday and everything worked perfectly. Before traveling, we ordered tickets from you. Without exception, these were all well worth booking in advance. The Bus & Boat trips were great, the Musee d'Orsay tickets saved us a 3 hour queue and the Eiffel tower tour not only saved us another 3 hour queue but also offered a fascinating behind-the-scenes glimpse. I would definitely recommend your service to others
