Driver was perfectly on time and went to the desk to warn us.

Also helped with our suitcase even if the weight was a bit more than regular one.

My main complain is the speed he was driving, way faster than the others car and I can see 110Km/h on the speed meter when driving on the bridge. This is not acceptable as a service as I put my life in its hands. He don't need to impress me with his driving skills. Too fast is too fast, period. I can understand that Vietnam driving can be scary, but living for the last 15 years in China, I can assure you that your driver was faster than the others vehicles for sure.

It was not an impression at all. Passing cars and changing lane by the right side of the road at this speed is also not acceptable. The driving experience within the city was fine.

He also answer his phone during driving which is not allowed by law.

The car was going 110Km/h on the motorway where speed limit is 90 Km/h.

After complaining to the company contact (Lily), she asked me lie and to not put this review online... The excuses was that the driver was late to pick up another client. (and do not explain why answering the phone too).

I guess It's enough for you to avoid them on your next trip to Vietnam. I will be kind of surprise if they are even get insurance on their side if something happens.

I booked a transfer from the airport in Hanoi to my hotel before leaving and was hoping that everything panned out okay. True to the website the driver was waiting for us when we exited the baggage claim area, with our families name written on a board. A nice, well dressed guy who spoke good English first welcomed us, hoped our stay would be a good one then helped put our luggage in his vehicle. In 40 mins we were at our hotel and he showed us inside and the bell-boy and he carried our entire luggage inside for us. It was a very good service, so good that we booked them again for our return to the airport 8 days later.

The transportation was clean and comfortable and the drivers were friendly and professional. This company is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great value. I highly recommend Hanoi Transfer Service Company.

We booked a privater car from Hanoi Airport to our hotel in Old quarter. The driver was there, waiting with my name on a sign in arrivals, as promised. On our return we kept him waiting as he was a bit early and we finished breakfast... not a problem. And all for less than the price of a taxi from the rank outside. Excellent service. Highly recommended

Our experience with Hanoi Transfer Service was fantastic! Although our flight to rome came late and there were additional delays due to loss of one of my bags, the driver picked us up after waiting for over 2 hrs. The ride to Hanoi centre was about 45 minute, it made the critical difference between pleasant or a horrible experience . We also booked a transfer from Hanoi to Halong port and it was equally as pleasant. The ride was once again informative and picturesque.The service was perfect and the car impeccable. This is much better value than a cruise company-arranged transfer and you shouldn't hesitate to call Hanoi Transfer Service as if you receive the same service as we did you will be very happy.

We used this company 4 times during a recent visit to Hanoi, from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to Halong cruise ship and from the cruise ship to the airport also Hanoi city tour. Each time,the service was excellent!!! The drivers were very professional and we all felt very safe. The cars were clean and comfortable and there was no smell of smoke in any of the cars.Thank you vey much Ms. Lily helped to book a Halong Cruise.

We have just returned from Hanoi and used Hanoitransferservice.com for our transfer from Hanoi airport to Halong bay and even although our flight was delayed by over 3 hrs they were still at the airport to meet us, the driver was friendly and helped our luggage to the car, Thank you very much Ms Lily contacted to us and arranged a trip to Hanoi city tour, Hoa lu -Tam coc were excellent.
