Booked and paid 3 months ago on the webpage. Both airport/hotel and hotel/airport worked perfectly. On time and perfect service. Also question mail to office was replied a few hours later, can only recommend using them.

This was my first time use of Taxi Gran Canaria, and arriving in a foreign destination is always a stressful moment... I needn't have worried as this was a very good service from the airport to hotel and return at end of stay. All booked and paid for very simply online. Confirmation and questions answered all very quickly (in English).

Would highly recommend for arriving tourists. No need to worry about using a chunk of Euros straight off the plane... though I was happy to tip generously for this great service.

Excellent service minded way of handling our situation.

We did not find the taxi at the airport and took another taxi to our hotel. After complain by e-mail Taxi gran canaria made a refund of payment and gave us the trip back to the airport free of cost. The way back we found each other as planned and trip went smooth.

Taxi Gran Canaria receive the highest ratings in complaint handling and service! I will use their service next time, no doubt.
