Used gbairporttransfer today. very helpful company. I booked for a mpv, and I had more luggage than I booked first. In airport the driver told me as I have more luggage than I booked, its very hard and not safe to try to get all in mpv. He called office and arranged me a bigger vehicle. I got a bigger vehicle with in 15 mins in airport. Im very grateful. I will book again for my return journey. Very good service for small money.

Good services, will book again. My flight delayed 6 hours, but the driver was waiting to pick me up when I landed in Gatwick. Good service, everybody use this. Rate is cheap and good service.

I need to thank the driver named saamy, who somehow managed to get me to my flight on time after M11 was closed between J 9-10. Somehow he managed to find a shortcut and got me to the airport. It was like I was in matrix. After the motorway was completely blocked off by police due to an accident no vehicles were moving. But since I was on a tight schedule, the driver decided to contact his office and explain my situation. Vola!! They managed to find some old farm route, seriously all I saw was tractors & pigs & cows. and some one was guiding the driver over the radio like turn left, ,go straight, turn around… it reminded me of the situation in matrix where Neo tries to find a way out. Lol! But jokes apart, because of the quick thinking and the new route , I caught my fight, and I heard many people missed their flight that day. So a big big thank you to MR.Saamy and whoever it was guiding him over the radio. Thank you GB Airport transfer.

Thank you GB airport transfer for taking us to our hotel from Luton airport, and then also our return journey. Since it was our first time in London we were bit nervous. I booked gbairport taxi for my transfer from Gatwick airport to Heathrow airport. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, so ordered their 8 seat vehicle. Driver was waiting by the door with our name card, and the vehicle was very clean. The driver is polite and was helpful with the bags. I will certainly use gbairport again and also recommend to anyone wishing to book a taxi.

I have used their service few times now; they are very help full with phone support. And drivers always were on time or early. I received the return customer 5% discount for few of my orders, which is very good as their rate is already cheap. I like this company very much

I would like to share my experiences with GbAirporttransfers.com. I have used their taxi to Heathrow few times, every time gem of a service. Drivers are on time, smartly dressed and very polite and help full. Also at the end of the journey I was surprised to be given a thank you card with discount voucher for the next journey. Not only a smart marketing idea, but something new in taxi, never had this pleasant experience anywhere.

One more thing I like about their service is, when calling the office, no need to wait on long lines or keep repeating personal information, based on my contact number, they greet you with your name, which saves lot of time suck as confirming your booing details bah blah. I know all these things are small, but these small extra things make the service best and let it stand way way higher than previous companies I have used. I will happily recommend their service to anyone.
