Realising that these transfers for two people was cheaper than taking the coach transfer offered, we found it excellent. The taxi was waiting for us on arrival, so we reached our destination before other holidaymakers on the same flight.

Our second taxi was on time for the return trip to Funchal airport. In both cases the drivers were courteous, careful and considerate and pleased to talk about their families and life on the island.

Transfer on arrival good. Very poor service for return transfer.

Pickup and return driver did not turn up. After Chasing twice by phone a member of the office staff saved the day. But by then half an hour late.

The service worked as advertised. The driver was there at the airport with our name on the shield waiting for us. The return service worked also to our entire satisfaction, since we had to advance our departure time by one hour, and as is often the case with changes, there is an inherent risk that something goes wrong. The driver was there at our hotel at the agreed time and the transfer to the airport went smoothly.

Perfect service (comfortable, flexible and punctual) at reasonable price.

We booked a return transfer from Funchal airport to our hotel in the Funchal Lido region. Our transfer on arrival at Funchal was excellent. We were met at the airport on time and our transportation was of a good standard and the driver was polite and helpful.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the return journey. Our pick up was booked for 9.20am, no one arrived to collect us. At 9.30am I telephoned the number on the booking form, listened to music playing for a while and was then spoken to by someone who sounded like they were just getting up from there bed !! They mumbled something about a driver and hung up. Five minutes later my phone rang and someone again mumbled something about a driver will be on his way in about 10 minutes !! A driver did finally turn up at 9.55am, when we told him he was very late he again mumbled something about it was not his fault and blamed his boss. We received no apology, and I feel that if we had not phoned them they would of left us at the hotel and not bothered to collect us for our return to the airport.

Driver waiting for us on arrival and we were on our way within a few short minutes. Nice clean air conditioned car and friendly driver. On arrival at hotel return time and date confirmed with driver and we had an equally troublefree and pleasant return trip to the airport

I want to recomment this company for exelant helpfull drivers,all transports in time ,spacy cars, very fast transfer to and from the hotel. there is nothing to complain,will use this service again and even recommend it to friends

Transfer did not arrival . We had to go by taxi.

Punctual pick up at airport (driver with identification card waiting for us on arrival) with friendly and informative driver. Clean vehicle with plenty of luggage space. Smooth booking process. Return pick up efficient and got us to airport in plenty of time. Standard of driving on both journeys very good.

I MADE MY RESERVATION ONLINE VERY LATE THE DAY BEFORE MY EARLY FLIGHT, AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THE DRIVER WAS REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND CAME SOME MINUTES BEFORE WHAT WAS PLANNED. CLEAN CAR, AND GOOD MUSIC TO LEAVE THE ISLAND. IN ONE WORD : PERECT !
