Used Resorthoppa a few times and never had any problems with delays and or pick-up times. Driver very courteous and usually gives a running commentary on the way to your destination. Good competitive pricing. A slight improvement to their service would be if they could text a message for return pick-up times rather than having to phone them.

I was attracted to this site due to a previous review posted by the owner asking that ".net" was not to be confused with ".com". My faith was rewarded. While we were met as arranged, the 1st driver was unhappy that we needed to utilise some of the space in the taxi to take extra luggage as our party was split between a taxi & a hire car. He also got a bit lost & asked for payment when this had been transacted previously via PayPal. Not a good start.

However, the owner had left his personal contact detail & after the return trip had gone without a hitch & I emailed my PayPal confirmation of payment, he immediately sorted everything - a delay between PayPal & his bank.

Having a name + contact number + good service sorting out the confusion was good with me.
