Driver was good. But when we had to extend one extra hour from original booking because the queue to take the cable car up Mount Teide was very long, the company demanded we pay for two extra hours. Left a very poor taste. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

All of it... could not fault the service at all. This is how airport transfers should be done. We have now used epictransfers.com numerous times when travelling to Tenerife and would not hesitate to recommend them. The drivers are always on time (or early), helpful and courteous.

Book my transfer to benidorm on this website and everything was great. They are reliable and with very good price (58 pounds from alicante aiport to Benidorm in private car). I recommend it. They offer me the best price. Chauffer was very pleasant and the car conditions in all aspect were perfect. The service was much better than I have expected.

With all of this, is obvious, that I'm going to take the service again. The journey was lovely, fast and safe. The journey was throught motorway, with toll cost included, and no extra money for this.

Our experience was successful. We booked a minivan for 6 passengers and the driver was waiting for us with a sign. Clean and spacious vehicle. The return trip also hired with them and very well. Excellent Price. We didn´t find anything cheaper
