Left My Wife And 1 Year Old Baby Stranded At 9pm In Evening!
AVOID!!!!
We booked this firm, after ringing them direct to confirm they could provide a child seat for our 12 month old baby. They assured me this was all ok and not to worry.
Well, there was no worry about the child seat, as the car and driver did not even turn up! My wife and my baby and I landed at 9pm on a Friday night and were left stranded at the airport.
DO NOT USE!
There was even no apology, until I contacted them to complain 3 days later. And no offer of a solution to make us happier.
