I have used this company for some years now as being in a wheelchair is hard to get in a coach. All the drivers are very helpful with all the loading and unloading of all the luggage. The door to door is brilliant as there is no waiting for other customers. All vehicles are clean and tidy and sometimes we have had a mini disco in the minibus as in the music, fantastic. We will continue to use this company as the prices are very competitive. Thank you all

Great taxi company..used 2 years running now, always ready at Airport & Always on time at Hotel for journey back.

Some people may feel dubious paying for both journeys on Arrival...But i Personally have NEVER been let down by these chaps.

Always on time, have used this service a number of times and have never been let down. This company goes out of its way to assist you and at anytime.

My son and his friends had excellent service from Costa Blanca Transfers right from the response to the initial enquiry to the return transfer (for a group of 15). Everything as promised, 15 seater minibus outward, coach return, good timing, costing and informative communication, would highly recommend.

Arrived at Alicante airport and no driver was there waiting. Not a big deal, we were on holiday and no mad rush. After 15 minutes we called the owner  who was quite off hand but did say he would chase it up. Driver arrived after 15 minutes with no apology but he was a nice guy to be fair. Spoke to him later to point our we had waited 30 minutes and a simple 'sorry' would have been nice. We was rude and arrogant and initially tried claiming the driver had been there all along to which I informed him that we had seen the driver arrive, rushing into thee arrivals hall. He then tried to blame us for not calling him sooner! I though 15 minutes was reasonable. Would not use again, there are plenty of other reliable companies around. I think you see how a company really operate when something goes wrong and CBT were sadly lacking.

Superb service from the team on arrival and return to our appartment in Benidorm have used this company on a few occasions and allways very profesional will be using again on retun trip in January keep up the good work.

We booked with Costa Blanca Transfers and were very impressed. Ours was not a straight forward transfer with people arriving on different flights and returning on different days. The service was first class and the drivers were prompt and courteous.

Having previously used Viajes Alemeda and Resorthoppa in the past with no problems, I had a look at recent feedback on these two companies and wasn't left overly impressed so had a search for other transfer companies operating from Alicante airport into Benidorm and found Costa Blanca Transfers - it had the best feedback and also the best price, and the best thing was you can pay the driver when you get there so no worries about a possible no-show. Everything was as expected, on time etc and I had a really good chat with the very friendly driver on my return to Alicante. I will definitely be using them on my next trip to Benidorm.

Everything went as planned. The driver was exactly where we were told he would and when he would be there. The drive from Alicante to Denia was comfortable, in fact it was so comfortable my wife and I had a snooze on the way.

The trip back was just as good. If you need a private transfer in the Costa Blanca, you must use these guys!!
