It's impossible to contact these people. The number (which is buried in the website FAQ) is disconnected. They don't respond to emails. Who knows if they will turn up? Avoid this company.

I made a booking with cheaplondontransfers and after realising I had made a mistake during the booking process I contacted them via email to amend the mistake, but I waited and waited and they didn't answer me back. Tired of waiting I sent another email asking them to cancel my booking and they sent me an email informing me that my cancelation had been made. It's been 1 days since then and no money has been refunded (the cancelation policy says that there are no cancelation charges if you make it more than 24 hours prior to the journey, which is my case).I decided then to phone them and it turns out that the phone number they have in their webpage no longer exists, so now it's impossible to contact them. I've lost my money and I feel angry with myself for letting myself be fooled by this company.They've swindled me!!!

I have used this service 2 times now, both leg of my journey. i find them good and caring. my flight got delayed on my return journey and landed about 90 mins later than scheduled. so i thought my car would have left by now and i was worried about what im going to do to get a transfer at this late at night. to my delight the driver was waiting for me at the terminal. i was very happy and paid a good tip to the driver as well. will defiantly use again.

I have recently used cheaplondontransfers.com. the driver was ontime to pick me up and was very funny and helpful. will use again.

i have recently used cheap airport transfers. they were very good in customer care and were able to provide the service as I requested. was pleased with the clean vehicle and the driver. he turned up about 5 minutes before my pick up time and i received a text saying the driver is waiting outside.

i would recommend this company to any one, i will certainly use them again for my return journey.
