Contact on the phone was very friendly and helpful, mail response was quick and booking process appropriate. We had to change a middle of the night pick-up time and our request was met with efficiency and flexibility. The driver rang our bell a few minutes early, which reassured us, and was as helpful, friendly and efficient as the person I talked to on the phone. It was altogether a very good experience, everything went smoothly at every stage: couldn't ask for more!

We booked a return ride ; arrival at Budapest airport to hotel and back from hotel to Budapest airport. They were perfectly on time......and as a surprise, the mini-bus that came to pick us up to take us from the airport was not available to bring us back.....so ...we got a huge limo service.....and didn't have to pay extra. We had the time of our life....we were a group of 10 people.
