The service provided by "Barcelona Airport Transfers" was wonderful, from the people coordinating our transfer to the driver.

We had a little problem with our flight, and we received a prompt and helpful response from the team in Barcelona; not only once, but twice.

It was easy to stay in touch with them via email.

When we arrived in the airport, the driver was already waiting for us, easy to find; he was very kind, helpful, patient with our luggage and stroller (we were traveling with our very jet-lagged 6 year-old daughter).

The van was in perfect condition; very clean and it also was very comfortable.

The driver asked us if the AC was too high or too low, if we needed anything.... he was friendly all the way to the hotel, sharing with us some highlights on our way, which we found quite helpful to be a little acquainted with Barcelona before we actually settled-in.

He didn't drive too fast, nor too slow. He was very careful and we felt very safe all the time.

Excellent service, very friendly drivers who arrived well before appointed time. The drivers were very easy to spot with very clearly labelled signs showing our name both at both the airport and cruise port. A small mini-bus was provided with seatbelts and a car seat for children if you need one.

All drivers spoke a little english, and gave a bit of a commentary on the way to the hotel. Telling us the sights we passed and suggesting where we could go. The driver also told us what was in each directipon from the hotel.

Found the website for booking very ease to use and it was great being able to book the 4 required journeys in one go. Confirmation of availablilty was received very quickly on completion on the quote, the confirmation of booking had full details including terminal and berth details as well as the hotel address, none of which was input.

I would highly recommend Barcelona Airport Transfers to anyone.

We used Barcelona Airport Transfers from the airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise terminal and from the cruise to the airport. they were on time for each of the pickups in well equipped vehicles. It was especially nice at the cruise terminal as there were thousands of people departing and we simply walked of the ship and right into our waiting mini buss! Lovely!

I talked to others that paid less for their private transportation - but I feel that we got our money's worth from this company and their friendly drivers.

From the moment I contacted you on your website, Merce was always patient & professional in answering our questions. It is not easy planning transportation for 13 persons to/from the hotel/cruise ship/ and site seeing, b...ut you made it easy! What can I say about Carlos except he is wonderful. He knew everywhere to take us, and knew the history of your beautiful city. We had elderly parents as well as a son with a broken ankle and he did everything he could to make sure they were well provided for and not left out. He made us laugh, was so personable and was a welcome face to see at the pier after 12 days at sea. We will be back again and can only hope Carlos is there to greet us!
