Having used Autosol for Airport transfers for several years, we shall never use them again. We paid our driver in cash as she couldn’t get the card machine to work. Stupidly, we didn’t get a receipt. Autosol then contacted us to say we hadn’t paid and when I explained what had happened they were adamant that no payment had been recorded. Since we didn’t want any bad feeling - as I say, we were loyal customers, we paid again, this time online. On our return journey to the airport, our taxi didn’t arrive at the pre booked time of 7.45am and when I contacted Autosol, they told me it was booked for 9am, in spite of me having confirmation from them of the 7.45am pick up. I was told that it would be a further 30 minutes before the taxi could get to us (45 minutes after the booked time). I told them that this would be too late for our check in time at the airport and asked them to cancel and refund our fare. We had to pay for another local taxi to take us to the airport instead. Autosol have ignored all requests for a refund. As it stands, we have paid twice for our original journey from Malaga and also for our return journey where they didn’t provide the service booked - a total of €180.

Cars are very clean, drivers are very kind and speak nearly perfect English. Our transfer from Marbella to Malaga Airport was in comfort and very pleasant. We arrive to Airport on time for the checkin, and always, the driver was very courteous and kind. I will use this company again in the future.
