I used the service twice during my visit to Montreux and the driver and operator were calling me constantly to check about arrival and meeting point. Driver even went all the way inside the terminal and helped me with luggage. Excellent service.

We were five people. I was already in Geneva and arranged for the driver to meet me at the airport and then to receive my family who were arriving. Everything went well, and as expected. The company kept reminding us of the arrival time quite frequently. The driver was there on time. He spoke English and knew the area very well. He was helpful in loading and unloading the baggage (we had a lot by the way). The minibus had enough space and was comfortable.

Das beste Reisebüro aller Zeiten!!! Vorher haben wir viele Reisebüros besucht, aber diese waren nicht so professionell wie Alpentransfer. Sie sind verantwortungsvoll und pünktlich,der Fahrer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wenn sie ein Transfer in die Schweiz brauchen, dann sollten sie sich unbedingt an Alpentransfer wenden.
