Great service, reliable, clean cars, good drivers, polite staff

Could not fault this company turned up on time or early for all pickups. Used them during our stay for a trip out as well as just the airport run

Just want to thank this Company, we used them to travel from Faro to Lagos and back in May this year. They were very punctual and very helpful on both journeys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will also being using them again hopefully later this year. Thanks to you all again

We were greeted at the airport by the driver with a name board, we were taken straight to the taxi and then driven directly to our apartment in Lagos. The vehicles are large, a seven seater on the way out and a Mercedes mini bus on our return.

I did have to pay the motorway tolls even though Algarserra state no hidden fees, so that was upsetting and annoying.

However, in general, a great service and I would recommend it to others.

All dealing with Algarserra went perfectly, from web-booking to pick up from airport and return from hotel...cannot fault at all, very reliable and would highly recommend

On time for both legs of journey. Driver polite and friendly and two child seats as requested. A little worn and scruffy but no safety concerns at all, like what we have at home. Cars in good shape and working air conditioning. Reasonable price and made it very easy to get to our accommodation without worrying about car seats. Would book again.

We booked their service on the very last minute and were positively surprised on how fast they took and confirmed us the booking.

The driver was speaking english, french, Spanish and was very passionate about the Algarve region.

We will definitively call them the next time we come!

I think this is a fantastic company, and so much better value than the taxis from outside of the airport. We paid 65 euros plus about 5 euro in tolls to go from the airport to Lagos with Algarserra( the last time we used a metered cab, it came to 98 euros!) It took the same time, is much faster than the shuttle buses (as they do many drops and take about twice as long) and the same price if there are 4 of you anyway.. You can also prebook and prepay online (if you want to get a taxi for someone else), the taxi driver is waiting for you in arrivals, they speak English, and are really friendly. We even needed to get hold of my mum quite urgently who was in an Aglaserra car once, and the customer service let us speak with the driver who passed us over to her. It really helped us so much.

This company came recommended. We have used this company four times booked already for this summer too. Great service. Always arrive early for pick up.

Have just returned back from a holiday in Portugal and booked Algaserra for collection & drop off at Faro. I'm very pleased to say I cannot fault the service. They arrived on time (early in fact). Had nice spacious vehicles and nice drivers and the cost was reasonable. I cannot recommend this firm enough.
