On October 6th 2013, we had booked a Taxi from Malaga Airport to the Cruise Terminal. As we had been in Malaga for 2 nights visiting friends in the hilla above Alora, we required a transfer from the Airport to the Cruise Terminal and return 7 days later. I had agreed by email to be met outside the VIPS restaurant at the Airport at 12.00 hrs. We had arrived by transfer from the Car Rental at 11.00 hrs.

At 1 minute to 12.00 a tall , tanned driver bearing our name on a board appeared outside the restaurant. He introduced himself and then would not let us touch a case or flight bag , but loaded them all himself onto our trolley, and then pushed the trolley by himself up several escalators and along the walk way to this spotless Audi.

He unloaded our luggage into the car, and then had us be seated inside and then drove us to the port. I pride myself as being a carefull and fast driver abroad, but I could not hold a candle to this guy. I think he must have been a traffic cop for his real job, as I have never been driven so fast and with such precision in my life and soon we were at the Cruise terminal where he got a trolley anbd loaded all our luggage on and we then as arranged paid for both trips and he then wished us well, and drove off.

On return on the 13th , our ship berthed at a different terminal, soon after we got off, my mobile phone went and it was malagatransfers advising us to where exactly to wait and to look for a black Mercedes people carrier, and 10 minutes later it arrived, and after dropping off some passengers going on the ship , it came round and a different driver from the last time , loaded all our luggage inside and then we were off to the Airport in this brand new, luxury people carrier. At Malaga Airport, the driver go a trolley and loaded all our luggage on and shook our hands and wished us safe journey and rove off. The whole experience was just wonderful, and carried out safely and courteously, and speedily .

I used their service several times. They are always in time. Drivers are very friendly. Price rate is also very reasonable.

I was bowled over by the very high level of service these guys achieve on a daily basis and I have been satisfied each and every time. They are my number 1 company in Birmingham
