Taxi did not show up as ordered - called the company and taxi came then 45 min late.

Explanation from driver was that his car broke down and he then drove home. From the company they said there was delay due to traffic! All in all - they only came because we called.

Initally we booked a return trip but one week before we cancelled the home transport which they confirmed by email. Although I have cancelled the return pick up the driver showed up at the hotel and claimed that we had to drive with him. Which we did to avoid any further trouble.

I was confirmed a payment in total of EUR 270,- but paid in total EUR 275,-

So the driver tipped him self.

We will NEVER use this company again. They are not reliable.

Company will only give us a voucher of 30 EUR as compensation!

February 2016. Booked Hysen Taxis for return transfer from Innsbruck Airport to Niederau. Driver was waiting with name board in arrivals for immediate smooth onward transfer; return journey to airport likewise. Did not need to remind. Cost was reasonable. Only required to pay at end of each journey. Perhaps one of the vehicles was a little aged.

Overall excellent service & would use again.
