Bad Service

The hotel recommend us this shuttle service so we took it instead of taking a cab or uber but they were horrible. Not very friendly and on top of that they tried to stuff as many as they could even with limited space. They delayed the stops and took so long that we ended up missing our flight! This is a service is like a hustle not reliable at all! Not happy not satisfied at all!

Bumpy Ride To Jfk

My wife and I booked a ride to JFK from Manhattan. The shuttle van arrived on time, and we boarded. We then drove around for 40 minutes to pick up another two groups (fair enough, it's a shared ride). We were in the back seat of the van when the driver was loading the luggage for the last group. We were alarmed at the way in which he tried to get the bags to fit. If the bag did not fit gently into position, he simply hurled it at the partition between the luggage space and the passenger area (AKA our seat). This was physically painful, as the bags were hitting us square on. I'm glad we had no fragile items in our bags. Finally, after much delay, he had squeezed the bags into the crowded van. The driver then took the slowest possible route to JFK, avoiding all the freeways en route.

Overall, a very low grade and nasty service

Never Again!

Upon leaving Manhattan, I was picked up by a VERY RUDE & combative shuttle driver! He yelled at me, threatened to drop an elderly woman at the wrong terminal & berated ALL of us for not knowing the terminal number. Apparently the airline was not enough information for him. He slammed the doors, threw luggage, & screamed like a madman. There were 6 women in the van & I was scared by his erratic & combative behavior! I WILL NEVER USE AIRLINKNYC again!!! Please take my advice & use another mode of transportation! November 29,2013.

Worst Service Ever

Hallo, I am surely one of the guys that made bad experience with that company, although it may have worked for the majority of people. Here is what happened. I booked a shuttle to Manhatten from LaGuardia and first of all I had to wait 1:30 till the taxi arrived. The driver was somehow angry, because he thought he should pick up two persons, but it was just me. So he discussed loudly with the receptionists. ok. then I forgot my backpack in the van, which was a really bad idea. Every importnat document of my life and all my electronic devices were in there, so quite stupid. I called the Airlink customer service 5 min after the van left, but they said me they can not contact the driver, the help service is closed till 5am next day. So I called them early in the morning to ask whether they have found my back. No. After many frustrating calls, I decided to drive to LaGuardia. The girls at the reception were really nice and helped me finding responsible peoples. The driver was sure that there was no back left in the car. I decided to be a bit more offensive afterwards and wrote an e-mail to the headquarter of airlink in which I said I will take a layer. 2 Hours after the mail, they called me to tell me that they have found a bag. They gave me the number of the driver and I called him. He siad somebody has given him the bag and I can be happy, everything is still in there ??? and later in the phone call he told me that he has just not recognized that the bag was in the van ??? Ok he promised me to bring me the bag in the night, cause he was driving to Manhatten anyway. Unfortunately, he did not come. I called him again on the next day, and he said, he was just to tired and therefore went home. next day, same story. at 12 pm he tol me he will come at 3pm, at 3pm he told me he will come in 1-2 hours. Now it is 9:30 pm and I still do not have my bag back. The worst thing in this story is that the customer service is absolutely no help. They also said, just talk to the driver. I tried to explain them how important these documents are, and asked them whether they have any other possibility to bring me the bag or whether they can force the driver to bring it. No chance. So except of the girls at the reception, this whole thing was a complete mess. Will never take again this service.

Dangerous And Waste Of Time

Caught shuttle from newark to nyc. Driver did not say a word to use the entire time. Was on his phone, texting, talking while driving. Drove dangerously and illegally. Spent 3 or 4 hours making the one hour trip as he was driving all over the place. Very disorganised.

Talkative Driver.......on Phone!

Would rather walk than ride this . Rode around city for an hour plus, for 3 more

stops to pick up more people. When it came to driving to the airport,

the driver talked on his personal cell phone the whole way. He should be

paying attention to driving, not what his friends are doing. When we actually

got to the terminals, he finally hung up.

Would NOT recommend this company for anything...

Driver #684 could care less about the company he works for, or

making any good tip. A taxi ride would be faster

I Had A Reservation Weeks In Advance To Be Picked

I had a reservation weeks in advance to be picked up at Laguardia Airport in early morning. I was told I needed to provide a cell phone # in case they needed to contact me. I provided the cell #. I was at the airport @ 5:00 AM for a pick-up at 6:00. Nobody came. I used the airport phone & called about my pick-up & was told a driver was there for me but I wasn't there. I put the airport personnel on the phone who verified I was there at 5:00 & there was no van there to pick me up. After repeated calls, I was picked up @ 8:00 AM, and had already missed my bus at Port Authority. I requested a refund which they refused to give. Horrible, horrible nightmare service.

We Were Squashed At The Back In An Overloaded Mini

We were squashed at the back in an overloaded minibus whilst the driver appeared to be on a race course, emergency stop and full throttle were his only speeds leaving us thrown about in our seats like rag dolls. Having arrived in manhattan we arrived at our hotel after 2 hours as he kept missing turns. Would definitely not recommend this again

I Booked For Two Transfers With Go Airlink Nyc In

I booked for two transfers with GO AIRLINK NYC in July. One for: from La Guardia to Hotel in Manhattan and the other: from Hotel to JFK. I got free transfers after that and I cancelled my bookings with them. They issued me a cancellation number but told me due to internet security they could not credit back into my account and to provide them with my address and they will send me a cheque. I have done that more than 10 times and they have never refunded me. They have robbed me US$33.75. Now they are not answering my emails at all. What a shame for that company to treat overseas customers like that.

Airlink Shuttle In Jfk: Never Use This Service!!!!

AIRLINK SHUTTLE IN JFK: NEVER use this service!!!!! I contracted a service from JFK to Manhattan.I found a cell phone in my seat,then, when i went out of the car i gave it to the driver in front of EVERYBODY an i left...when i entered to my hotel room i realized i had left my video camera in the car (a van ...). That was on Saturday September 11th 2.010,and i called to lost and found since THAT Saturday ,then on Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,and NOBODY had reported ANYTHING!!! no cell phone,no video camera...then finally when i came back to JFK to leave NYC they found (in transportation counter) my name and gave me the reservation number (i had lost it...) so i could tell the story again and they also could find the driver's name and THAT DAY he reported the cell phone!!!!!!!!!! but my camera....i simply lost it and they did NOTHING ,even thouhg they have a THIEF with them...
