If You Value Your Luggage You Should Be Aware That
If you value your luggage you should be aware that this company disclaims all responsibility for damage caused by them when they transport it (and you) to and from airports even though they insist that all baggage be put into their trailers.
According to them passengers should have travel insurance which covers them for this companies negligence - never mind the fact that all insurance claims carry an excess that the traveller will have to bear.
This is sharp practice.
