Didn't pick up! Didn't answer any of the 4 telephone numbers they provided. No answers to emails either!!!!! No contact so I presume no refund either. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We booked a return taxi with 24transfers .com and this is the email we received 2 days before we were due to come home.

'We just have been informed by the local office in Tenerife that due to several issues (organisational and financial), they are not in a position to provide the requested service on 21 September 2016. We have received this notification just now, and since then we are non-stop seeking for new partners, but as this has caught us offhand and without any prior indications, we have no other option than to cancel your reservation.'They don't provide the transport and keep your money. AVOID...!!!

You should NOT use them at all! They do not take any responsibilities for there customers. We had a transport booked from Santa Cruz de Tenerife to airport sur and they just sent us an e-mail telling that the local company had went bankrupt, so there was nothing they could do. To arrange another transport wasn't an option to refund our money is not an option. We strongly advise you who read this to choose another company.

Have paid över 200 euros for transport palma to santa ponca 2 Days prior we got an email that they cant drive us and did not get our Money back!

Left stranded at tenerife south 28th October had to pay 55 euros for taxi to los gigantes waited for nearly 2 hrs no one came they should not be allowed to advertise and take your money if they have ceased trading I paid £86 for transfer and now will cost me another 110 Euros

Someone should report them ?

I booked 24transfers.com to pick 10 of us up at Tenerife airport for a return journey to our hotel, they sent an e mail cancelling the booking two days before we travel on the 20th Oct stating the agent was having financial difficulties, I paid over £300 and there is no sign of a refund, I called the numbers they gave me to talk to an advisor but the numbers do not work, it's now cost me £400 to rebook another bus company.

We booked a return trip from Tenerife South Airport to Santa Cruz de Tenerife at 131Euro.

Two days before we left for Tenerife we received an e-mail from them informing us that due to administrative and financial problems they would not be able to pick us up.

Despite the promise of a refund, nothing has been done to date and also no reply on a multitude of emails.

One single conclusion: DO NOT USE this company!

On the 25th August we booked a minibus for 5 people between Parma and Soller return at Euros 198.00.

Two days before we left for Majorca we received an e-mail from them informing us that due to administrative and

They offered us no alternative transportation and despite a promise of a refund nothing has been forthcoming and despite a number of e mails they have refused to reply,

USE AT YOUR PERIL

On 25th Aug I booked and paid with Paypal an early morning taxi ride from Las Palmas to the airport.

On 15th Sep they were kind enough to warn me the ride was cancelled and I needed another cab. A refund was promised but nothing has been credited on my Paypal account.

Calling them at their numbers gets a fallen line and no reply.

Well I doubt that €24.90 will ever be credited but at least I didn't go through a useless wait at 4.45am at the hotel.
