Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely disgusting service I will never be using them again - sure parking.

A man was extremely rude over the phone shouting we said we was collecting our baggage we couldn't help the slight delay we would be there in 5 minutes. The man was so Rude! My partner asked the man for his supervisors number or contact details for complaints he refused to give the details he was interrupting and getting hot headed to the point he turned round and said I quote " go away " for a service and not a cheap one I might add absolutely disgusting if there was a 0 or a minus I would have chosen.

I will be taking this further and finding the complaint details what ever you do don't book with the company terrible, terrible, terrible.

I am also not the person to ever complains or writes trip advisors however, I am so shocked with the utterly terrible service and lack of respect we was shown.

Disgusting!

Unfortunately I didn't get the man's name I wish I had I would of shamed him and his behaviour

Illegal Fraudlent Car Keys Manipulation

I used Sure Parking between 05/10/18 and 21/10/2018 at the Gatwick and I rate them one star because I can`t give zero. Straight from the beginning the experience was bad. Upon arrival I was delayed half an hour because the arrival instriction in the confirmation email did not match the on-line website where are two other different instructions. I called the non-stop number prior arrival and someone with strong indian accent tried to speak English. I could barely understand his accent. I nearly lost the flight because the arrival instructions directed me to a different parking house!

Upon return I received a text message that my car is broken and they will drive me to the car park. I was very surprised. I have 2001 model Golf but it is mechanically safe. It never broke like this.

They did not notify me earlier. That would be too much to expect.

I checked the car and noticed immobilizer failure therefor, it was not starting. I called my insurance and arranged RAC rescue. They inspected the car and noticed that someone intenionally removed immobilizer chip from my car key!!!

I called a specialist who managed to get me going but I lost half a day standing on a cold parking and now I have a car with no security as someone from Sure Parking has my immobilizer chip and probably also made a copy of my car key.

I treid to contact the company. No one ever called back, no one ever answered to my complain.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID This is fraudlent car park!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. DO SO AT YOUR PERIL.

Don't be hoodwinked by any good ratings people. Despite being a Gatwick approved car park operator I can honestly say this company has absolutely no regard for your property. On return I found damage to my front wing, damage that without doubt would have been known about when it occurred. No effort was made to notify me of the damage when the car was presented, I had to find it for myself when doing a check. Worse still, having followed their complaints procedure, like many others on here, the extent of their response following 4 weeks of chasing has been non-existent. Next step is trading standards, Gatwick airport and onward from there. I honestly don't know how organisations like this actually continue operating. Accidents happen, but when no attempt whatsoever is made to rectify the problem, it is completely unacceptable. Would be good to hear of any success stories people have of getting a resolution.......and also any ways we can expose this organisation

I would also encourage anybody on here to take a quick look at companies house and disassociate themselves from any linked business...a complete disregard for property

Dont Use This Company!!!!!!

I can't give zero stars!!! ****AVOID THIS COMPANY*** I have used this company twice. The first time they damaged my vehicle. After constant contact they finally settled the damage and arranged free parking for a week. With the reassurances they gave we felt that they would look after us. We video'd my partners car when we got there, a mint Audi and were assured it would be fine. A week later we get back from holiday to a dented front bumper. Despite continual efforts by myself and following their procedures they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. We have Full HD proof of before and after so will take this further ---- you don't need to though - simply do not use them!! ****AVOID THIS COMPANY****

I have used sure parking twice in as many months and I am very happy with their service. On my return I wasn't sure about a damage so I questioned it. The customer service was very helpful. They provided me with pictures which shows the damage was old.

I am satisfied with the out come. I can happily use them again.

Do Not Trust This Company

I used this company twice 1st time no problems so used them again, wish i had not, everything was ok until i returned to collect the car on the 1st oct 2016, the front grill badge was missing from the car, i called surepark and they said to contact them later as a manager was not there and that they would look at the photo's taken to see if it was missing when they received the car, after 7 days of phoning i am still no nearer getting anywhere with this company all i get is they cannot do anyting as a manager has to deal with it. i don't think a manager exist.

1st time i used them i guess i was lucky,unfortunately you get what you pay for.

Meet And Greet Parking

Very Very bad service this time.

We waited for over one hour for our car to be collected. Had our flight not been delayed we would have been back on our way home. Fortunatly, for us a very kind person re-opened the checkin desk for us.

On our return we followed the instructions but was again kept waiting for over an hour before our car appeared:. This, despite five telephone calls made, in which we were advised that :our car was on its way.

We would not use or recommend this company again

I Am A Customer For Life

I was bit worried about meet and greet at Gatwick this year due to recent bad publicity in the media. I checked reviews for Sure Parking which were some bad and most good. I thought to give them a call before booking and spoke with a very helpful person. When I questioned him about negative reviews he said "Every year we park thousands of cars. Every now and then we come across with someone who want to get their old damages repaired or try to make some money after holidays, when we don't give them what they want they try to blackmail us with the power of social media and internet".

I was very satisfied after my conversation so went ahead with my booking.

I called the number provided 15 minutes before arrival at the terminal and when I arrived at the designated meeting point a driver was waiting there for us. She took pictures of my car, noted down the mileage and fuel.

On the way back, I called them when I collected my luggage. When I arrived back my car was there waiting for me. I check my mileage and the car was driven 13 miles which is good. As last year I parked with Gatwick airport valet parking (paid much more) and the car was driven 12 miles.

Overall and excellent service. You can use it with confidence.

Avoid At All Costs

Car was handed back to my Dad with obvious damage which he noted on the return form. We raised a complaint the next day. Two months later still no reply and they do not get back to us. Every time I phone I am told a manager will contact me but no one ever does. Do not use if you value your car!!!!
