Horrendous

We used a Company Called Rapid Parking from Heathrow, When we picked our car up at 6am the driver pretty much throw the keys at us and walked off at a brisk pace, bit un-usual I know. Its was still dark so we walked around the car and looked the best we can and there was no evident damage, wouldn't matter if there was as the driver/agent was long gone. We put our 2 young children in the car seats and set off for our 4 hr drive back to Manchester. Within minutes my tire

pressure sensors went off. I stopped at the nearest services on the M25. had a look around the car and under the lights of the fuel station saw that 2 of my wheels were horrendously curbed, one was so bad that chunks where out of the alloy. the rear tyre was loosing air slowly so had to stop very 45 mins to top it off. I immediately took photos of the wheels and emailed Rapid parking. it took 5 weeks to get a response from them where they simply said they are not responsible fore tyres and wheels. but as a gesture of good will will give me a 30% discount off my next booking..... they can shove the discount as i will never use that company again nor will anyone i know. absolutely horrendous service. how can a company that park your car say they dont take responsibility for wheels. The complete Imbecile who drove my car obviously shouldn't be driving a Corsa never mind a large Audi A6. let this be a warning.... book with anyone else other than Rapid parking.

Damaged Car Seat

On arriving back in the UK I contacted Rapid Parking as advised for my car to meet me at the airport.

I was asked to check the car over, I looked all over the outside and signed the form. It wasn’t until I opened the car and went to get in a noticed a lot of what look like white dust on the driver’s site car seat. I patted this away thinking nothing off it but on closer inspection found 3 holes. The white dust appears to have been cigarette ash and the holes are where the hot ash landed on my seat.

Somebody had been smoking in my car and burnt my car seat, I managed to run after the person that dropped it off and showed them, they contacted their manager and I was told to email them, which I did when I got home.

Their response was, we only take pictures of the outside of the car so when my car was dropped off they were not checked for marks. They state that their drivers aer professional and under no circumstances smoke in a customer car, this is their policy. So basically they are no liable and are saying I can't prove they damaged my car.

I sent another email and have not heard back, if I had known Rapid Parking were going to be looking after the car - I booked through Holiday Travel Deals Ltd with no mention of Rapid Parking (Heathrow) - I would have done my research and checked the reviews and definitely no booked them based on some of these reviews.

OK firstly BEWARE RAPID PARKING Heathrow 13TH September T2 parked the car guy was there took photos of the car all very good, came back 24th September car was there as I loaded the luggage in the boot he kept asking me to sign the paperwork wait I said anyway I signed the paperwork with that he literally sprinted away down the stairwell I walked around the car when I got to the front I could see nearside wing damage I got into the car and call RAPID PARKING I THEN CHECKED THE MILEAGE 49 MILES had been done from when I parked there on the 13th also Bluetooth had been messed about and radio stations altered the guy I spoke to said take so pictures and e mail to them I have done this twice NOT ANY REPLY I called left a message for them to get back to me NOTHING.

SO BE WARNED ABSOLUTE AWFUL OPERATED COMPANY DONOT USE

I Would Book Again

I was so impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend it and use them again. I think the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. They greeted me on time both ways and rheumatoid staff were polite and efficient. I could walk straight in and out of the airport without any stress from.shuttle buses or trains, or having to cart my luggage around.

The only thing I would say is to ensure there is a little extra petrol in your car when you leave it with them. I had had a long drive to get to the airport so mine was quite low, but when they returned it to me the light was on and I had a little stress trying to find the petrol station straight away.

Otherwise top results.

Excellent Service!

I've used a few meet and greet companies, but this has been my best experience so far. Was very helpful when I told them my flight had been delayed and so I would arrive a day later, there was no hassle, no fuss, just very easy and friendly to speak to. Car was collected and delivered efficiently by a very professional and polite member of staff. Excellent service all around!

Ok Drop Off, But Late Rude Collection.

We arrived at Heathrow before our holiday and were greeted well and swiftly.

However on our return, the car took 50min from calling to arrive. Then the driver initially reversed into the space leaving no room for loading suitcases into the boot. When I asked him to turn it around, he just pulled out and left it parked illegally in the middle of the road, and when i pointed out it had taken 50min to arrive, i had 2 small children and it was 2degrees, he told me to "F you, i dont need this!"

Then on arriving at the exit barrier we had to pay £3.60 to exit as it appeared the driver hadn't paid!

This wasnt my first negative experience of this service and I wont be booking again.

they said they would meet me in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I tried calling calls both numbers 3times each and they didn't pick up. When I finally got through and asked where they were the man was extremely rude and started arguing about the time. He said he would be another 25 minutes. That would be over an hour. As we were meeting people at the airport we could not wait any longer. We had to leave the car in the short stay which cost £280 for 5 days.

Again the man was very rude and refused to return my money.

I recommend that you D o not use this company.

Good Drop Off Return Poor

Overall a good experience on arriving at the airport but be prepared for a long wait.

30 minutes on dropping off and 50 minutes on return. If you're in hurry use a different company.

Handside

Very Disappointing

Would not use this Company ever again! Car returned with broken tailgate handle. Reported it to the driver and also to the Office. They accused me of yanking the handle and breaking it myself. They don't want to know!!

First Class Service

Very impressed with the first class service I received. The car was picked up within 5 minutes of arriving at the Hilton Hotel Heathrow after the company phoned me on route. On returning to the U.K. We had only just come through customs when the company phoned me to inform me that they were at level 4 car park and received the car within 5 minutes with a paid for car park exit ticket.

Could not have been better! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
