No Meet And No Greet No Refund
booked a meet and greet in July 2015 by e mail and received confirmation and paid for service in advance.
come the early morning for the meet and greet, I get a text stating that they cannot meet me and I was to find alternative parking at 5am in the morning.
when I returned from holiday, I e mailed my request for refund, still waiting - its now November. this company is running a fraudulent practice and should be avoided at all cost.keep your money safe and use a bonafida company

Park Stansted is an absolute shambles. We booked a pickup and deliver on the 16th May and agreed to to be picked up from the airport at 05:15. Our flight was leaving at 07:00 so did not have much time. We tried to phone them as agreed from the m11, no answer on the phone. After paying the exorbitant price of £2.00 for 10 minutes, contacting them numerous times, no answer. After this we had to find alternative parking at the long stay car park, again at an exorbitant price of £19 per day. We emailed Park Stansted and no response for a week. At this point they gave an explanation for the no show but it does not explain why they could not have emailed us and let us know. I was promised an immediate refund of the £40 which did not happen. I then contacted them 3 times and still no refund. I have now ended up paying £162 for car parking and £40 for parking I did not receive and £2 to park for 10 minutes, Totalling £204 which should have just cost £42. I would never use PARKSTANSTED.COM again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Avoid this company if at all possible! Totally unprofessional, very abrupt and rude to customers.
This is as described above just a couple running the business from their home and your car is left in their back garden. There are no toilet facilities, so if like us you have travelled for four hours to get here you will have to wait until they take you to the airport!
We arrived an hour early and the paperwork said DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR the woman came around 45 minutes later and was not welcoming at all, no friendliness and was just like she really didn't want to be there.
Took us to the airport then told us where to meet her when we arrived back in UK.
much of the same attitude when returning to our car, she was unfriendly and her driving was erratic to say the least. The central locking kept locking/unlocking every time we went round a bend so I assume there is an issue with it.
We originally booked in two cars but one cancelled last minute, I rang her to let her know and she said it was fine there would be an admin charge but to just email her confirmation. I emailed her the night before we were due to fly and and she said she received the email too late so we couldn't have a refund!!
The sad part is when I booked over the phone the woman couldn't have been any nicer and friendlier......? Not sure what happened in her life to Make her so damn miserable, they should not be in this business if they can't give a friendly service!
I too wonder, like some of the above comments if these people have Public Liability Insurance??

I Didn't Even Have The Chance To Use Their Service
I didn't even have the chance to use their services other than the customer service...I booked services end of July, cancelled 72 hours later due to my husband's employer changing vacation dates (which was over 3 weeks in advance from the date requested), and the owner still has yet to credit us our monies (minus the 7.50 inconvenience fee). I did receive an email confirmation that my cancellation was received and I would receive a reimbursement.
The funds had already been charged to my credit card shortly hours after I reserved transportation dates. I've emailed them 4 times, and spoken to the owner on the phone at least 5 times. The owner always has an excuse "Internet is down...not at home right now but will take care of it when I get there...didn't get any email...in the rain right now but will check on it.." All I want is my money back. DO NOT USE PARKSTANSTEAD.COM! I hope someday karma comes around and bites their finances hard.

The Worst Ever Airport Parking!!!
On arrival at the backyard of the property I was told to stay in the car!I just driven for 3.5 hours and needed a stretch. I was berated for leaving the car. It was obvious that the very larger Alsatians being used as guard dogs were as much a threat to the customers.
On arriving back from our weeks holiday our car was covered in debris from the tree it had obviously been parked under.On complaining about this the owner smirked it'll clean off in the rain it's nothing.
As we left she watched us with obvious delight at my anger.
The dogs should not be allowed to roam about while customers are there.
I would never use this facility again even if it was free!
Sorry but I had to reply the dogs were not roaming abou they were in a different part and not near him . Then when he arrived he was at the office not the backyard on returning back the car was at the front waiting for him but the rain and the wind were blowing leaves from all directions it was like snow no comments or complaint was made from him and no reply off it will blow off in the rain ridiculous He was not watched going out it was pouring on rain and we all went straight into the office after wishing them a happy new year and getting the same back

I had the pleasure of using this company's service with an excellent result.Recently i had to travel abroad during the hours of the bad stormy weather we have just had in this country. Thanks to Park Stansted i was able to make my flight on time.They went the extra mile by making an extra out of the allocated time trip to the airport to ensure me and my children didn't miss our holiday,at no extra cost.Thank you again and keep up the excellent work you provided me with.

Friendly Helpful No Waiting
I have to say that I returned back from Allicante last night with two small children and they were there waiting for us to come out in all the rain. Babychair was already in the mini bus and booster in place children never got wet or cold. Went straight back to warm car waiting for us to get on our way home Would most definately recommend and use again and will do so I. December. Thanks very much Parkstansted service excellent will recommend to Others.

We have used this company seven times this year and have always found them to be efficient and provide excellent value for money.Today we were picked up within five minutes of collecting our luggage and had collected our car 10 minutes later ................ brilliant. I will happily recommend them to friends and family.

Shocking Rude Service
Please avoid this company like the plague, they treat you like dirt, with so many rules and regs. We were stuck at Stanstead passport control for an hour it happens its an airport!!! When we arrived at pick up point we phoned to be picked up like we were told,got an ear full on the phone, then the husband turns up having a tantrum saying we dont pick up after 11pm, we were not told this when booked. BAD customer service and behaviour in front of my family, please avoid unless you like stress before and after your holiday.

I returned from a holiday in Italy last night, I used Parkstansted.com as I had done many times previosly however last night I was left waiting in the cold for over 35 minutes and the time from phoning them to getting to my car was 50 minutes. When the driver[company owner] eventually arrived I was birated for having had the gall to complain.Their web site claims of "no waiting" are completely false.
My advice would be try elsewhere.
